    Villento Casino

Hi, does anyway know if there is a rep. here for Villento? I have been waiting on a processed withdrawal since Feb. 27th. Each time I check in with rep. I keep being told to wait another week and promises that I will be paid. However, patience is wearing thin.....Any help or insight to this problem is appreciated. Thanks.

No there isn't. Villento is not in Bryan's list of contacts.
It seems an awful lot of USA players are getting the run around at the moment - even from the reputable casinos.
    Just keep on at them.

It's surprising to hear this about Villento. They were spoken of so highly from the onset. I guess their true colors are being shown toward U.S. players anyway. Just remember how you were treated by them if the market ever opens up for Americans again.

That is a long time for a cashout, I wonder what the issue is? Villento has been a very reputable casino right from the start and I can't imagine what would make them sully their reputation. It doesn't make much sense.

What is the method of withdrawal that they are having a problem with? Is it possible that they are having payment processor issues like so many other casinos?

I would give them some other payment options and a little more time to rectify the situation as I believe these guys are on the 'up and up'.

I just thought I would let everyone know that I cashed out from Villento on April 10th and I just received a check from them yesterday. I asked for ACH but I guess they couldn't do it that way. I will let you all know if I have any problems depositing this check. Have a great day everyone!

I also live in your state and play at Villento. All of my cashouts have taken ~48 hours via Click2Pay, including ones from this weekend. If you don't find a contact, PM me. I have an affiliate contact who may help.

Just to let everyone know, the check I received from Villento just cleared the bank today and the check from Blackjack Ballroom cleared also. So a total of 3 weeks from the time I cashed out to clearing the bank, that's not really bad at all. This is great news!

Lightbulb VILLENTOR ALWAYS TAKES ALITTLE LONGER

I have found that in my case, Villento has always taken longer to process withdrawals. I have to stay on them every day.

But I do eventually get paid.

Skeeters issue may be related to the problems it seems all microgaming casinos had in Februrary with their processor. Skeeter needs to demand that the casino contact the processor they were using at the time for an update on the withdrawal. This is the reason Bellerockentertainment finally reversed all of their feb pendings back to the players casino accounts because the processor had not yet followed through on processing them. I suspect this is what happened with skeeters withdrawal
