Exciting! Seems that tomorrow will be the day Microgaming launch the "Hitman" slot! Following in the footsteps of the *fantastic* Tomb Raider, here's hoping the second Eidos licence will be equally impressive.

I'm hoping for free spin scatters (naturally), but there's plenty of scope (;)) for a great bonus feature I reckon, what with the subject matter...

Anyone else care to make any predictions before tomorrow??

Ha ha!!!

I'm still low (ish) rollin' don't forget, so I don't see me kicking any massive butt anytime soon!!!!

I'm such a sucker when they bring out a new slot though...

Mind you, like me all know, the percentages are ALWAYS turned up on the first few days...

More likely "Tomb Raider", no? What's the guessing the "Idols" bonus will be where you shoot three/four/five different targets?

Okie, I found the description of the slot:

Be prepared to encounter 18 Free Spins - where wins are doubled, 3 insignias which trigger an explosive on-screen bonus and lastly the real deal-maker - the Contract Bonus. Select from a choice of targets, a choice of weapons and sit back and enjoy the action of bonuses, multipliers and winnings. This package of features is pure dynamite!

It seems none of us was right since the feature gives 18 free spins. I do not remember any 15-lines that gives 18 free spins, so maybe this is new slot.

Interesting...

Oooooh! Interesting indeed...

I figured they'd push the boat out for the Eidos license, same as they did with Tomb Raider... Mind you, sounds a bit "Cashanova" for my liking - is it definitely 15 line? I reckon I'm gonna be spot on with the shooting/target bonus though!

interesting theory slotster about the payout percentages being turned up in the first days after a new slot release.

I always find myself loosing money on new slots! anybody else?

I was being a little faceto, fasecio, facetio - silly, I'm not sure they are really!

There was some discussion about the "Golden Goose" slots a while ago, and it just reminded me.

The Golden Goose "issue" was different. You could actually spot a really good win coming once you knew the trends. It was however fixed up later so that's no longer the case, but I've never known a slot like it.

I played the Goose for some retro fun today at 32RED. Hit the feature three times within the first fifty spins or so, and not one shitting duck! Two free spins features and an egg screen thing. No big wins to report, but I forgot how fun it can be sometimes. Now...

WHERE'S THE HITMAN!!!!!!!!?????????????

WHERE'S THE HITMAN!!!!!!!!?????????????

In can find this slot now on every Microgaming Casino ;)

But i've played this slot on Fun Modus and it gaves me not really good wins and also on bonus round you can't win very much, so when the slot is even in the fun modus so bad, i don't think, that he is in real account better ;)

But the graphics and animations are nice :D

This slot is a complete joke... 1700 coins won from 18freespins on a 210coin bet... (3rd freespin that doesnt pay over 10x)

Edit,, And another freespin round under 10x....

4rounds of 18 freespins.. and none of them has payed over 10x..............

ok- i have played it for 10 minutes.

3 "small features", 1x free spins

amazing! brillant graphics, interesting theme, very low variance.
here is one shot (about 50x bet out of free spins). Definitely worth a try, i think.

Hmmmm

Lol I agree. Spin palace just robbed me of 50 quid :( played soley on Hitman, never got the free spins out once and what the bonus pays is a joke. Such a let down after last months great prime property. I think Microgaming is losing its marbles if they think customers of their casinos are going to be happy with this months washout selection of games. The other one is equally bad, the pub style one, it doesnt even have instructions on how to play OR how to progress to the middle board on the bonus. Wins are terrible.

Mikepike no offence but 50 x times what you bet is not really a great win. in relation i mean. I mean for me i play on 15 maybe 30 a spin so 50 x 0.15 = 7.50 which lets be honest is not that good.Pprime property for example can pay out 1000 x easily that and regularly just on the spins.

It s not a big one, i agree, otherwise i would have posted it uner winners shots. But its not as poor as gaahls experiences.

I think, decisive is, if you get the feature on reels 3-5 - and how much that is going to pay.

Lol Mikepike I would love to agree with you i really would. Alas I cannot seeing as out of 100 USD i only managed to get the `pick bonus` out twice which awarded me 0.30 the first time and 0.60 the next lol out of 100 us youd think id have been able to get the free spins out at least once woudlnt you? :(

Simmo, that old thread was fantastic fun to read. So how did it all end. Did Microgaming or 32RED come to notice you were right about the pattern and change the software? And hey, if you ever come across any other patterns will you be sure and share them with us? :notworthy

P.S. Could you point out a few other old timer favorite threads of yours that would make for fun reading?

Yes, you have to love patterns on random slots ;)
Or did MG state that these slots were not random when they introduced them. Still love that screenshot Simmo :D

I know for a fact that the software providers read these boards. I guess if they see a pattern, they will look into it. Catch 22 :) I expect we'll see something similar somewhere in the future...just might have to be careful where we post it ;)

No...nothing like that as far as I am aware. They would probably still say it was random to be honest. It beats me as to how you could predict it but you could with reasonable accuracy IMO. Or me and Spear just got incredibly lucky every time we upped our bet ;)

If I was a betting man ( :D ) I'd guess the RNG that decided the goose payouts was in some way linked to, and predictive of, the RNG that did the normal payouts initially. Probably stepping into Area 51 on that one :D

Did you win a special prize for being the first person to play a Golden Goose-crap slot for 6-months...? :p

Belated welcome to the forum!
(I see you joined last June, but all your posts seem to have been in the last few days!)

Don't want to de-rail the thread, but a few comments about MG's 'UK Pub Style' slots...

To get the middle board, you need to land on the last square before the 'start' square.

WARNING: These slots are deliberately designed to really be like UK pub machines:- rigged and un-random! :eek2:
And they've done a pretty good job of it!
The will give you absolutely crap-all for ages, keep going to the feature board and going on lose, or crap wins...
But then suddenly they will go on a mega winning streak where you can do nothing wrong!

Now this is fine as long as you do not confuse these types of slots with all the 'Vegas casino' ones MG offer.
They are completely different animals, and must be treated as such. (Hence my 'warning')
The overall payout %'s are probably comparable to the rest of MG's slots, but the way they play most certainly is not!

I've got to the middle on Cash 'n' Curry just once....
(Sadly, no repeats :( )
.

Hitman finally showed up on the menu at allslots but it still won't download... go to 15%, the 52% then 40, keeps starting over. Guess I'll have to wait on this one:mad:

finally....a slot that pays out 1000x easily and regularly. i just gave notice to my boss.

... and especially for prime property---
1000x bet - - given, you hit the 5 ladies with wild at ladies nite in the freegames (x3!!!) it pays you not even 500x the bet (same for 5 thor hammers or 5 top-symbols at springbreak).

Bit of time on my hands this morning, so decided to try and do a reel map of the symbols on Hitman... Gave up after a frustrating half and hour of writing the symbols into excel and spinning at 1 line trying to match them up.

My conclusion:

There's shit load of symbols on each reel.

I really like the theme of the slot a lot... From the starting intro it is very good. I do like the slot itself as well :) I really like the fact that the graphics are animated on the reels - very nice touch.

So - with all the medium wins I have had, the length of time I was able to play, and the sleek graphics of the game itself... I think it's a winner.

Had a good go at this last night over at 32RED... It really is great fun! You don't get the big payouts from the bonuses, but they hit REALLY often in my experience, and it's one of those where one time, one day, maybe - you'll hit the REALLY big one!

Here's the stats...

Anyone care to work out the payout percentage on that? I reckon I did about thirty spins at 3.00, followed by the rest at 1.50

Tell me you cashed out before you took that shot since your balance is zero. I like the slot but at anything over 75 cents a spin it will eat you alive even if you hit the bonus rounds and the free spins for me at least.

t_b, i'm not 100% in love with your tone right now.....

i been dying to drop a geico line on you, and that slag on canadians in your sig is insulting but funny. those cavemen are oddly endearing. i heard they're getting their own show

Have to say so far I'm liking this slot. Not sure how regularly I'd play it as I'm not sure it's high enough variance for me, plus it plays a bit slowly with all the animations, but still, it has a really nice feel to it  I think they've done a top job on the design and sounds. If they add a "turn animations off" option one day then it could become a fixture, but for now it's great eye candy IMO :)
