Just got this email in case anyone is interested:

I must say I enjoy playing on Rival software - its something different and I have managed to have more wins than on RTG and MG.

Interesting development and we've fired off an email to Rival CEO Stephen Padveen to get clarification, because Bonne Chance NV is a subsidiary of Pantasia, which looks to me like a mere affiliate program.

But....this is up on the site, too.

"Pantasia is a casino owned and operated by Silverstone Overseas Limited, Ingles Manor, Castle Hill Avenue, Kent, Folkestone, United Kingdom (hereafter "Silverstone") a company wholly owned by Bonne Chance NV (hereafter "BC"). Bonne Chance NV is a company incorporated, licensed and regulated by the Government of Curacao for the purpose of operating an online casino."

Yup - definitely an online casino using Rival software and offering an affiliate program.

Well I would be happy for Pantasia to take over as they have also provided excellent service and fast payouts and very generous bonuses.

I understand this will affect almost nothing except increase the number of offered payment methods.

It appears that Padveen had only a short tenure in the CEO office at Rival - here's the latest from the company's m.d. Scott Giesbrecht:

Hi Brian,

Your inquiry has been forward to me as Stephen is no longer working for
Rival.

As you know The 400 Group had 4 casino operating, Paradise8, This Is
Vegas, Davincis Gold Gold and Cocoa Casino. These have been acquired by
Bonne Chance N.V, which was operating a single casino, Pantasia.com.

This will only effect players for the good. They will have more options
for depositing and withdrawing their funds, with the same great customer
service.
