It is fairly widely know that inChilli have serious problems, some of which I can not disclose here.

Please advise which country you are in?
Also, if your withdrawal method in Neteller (no matter where you are), you need to change it to something else.

There is no Customer Service at the moment, but the 'word on the street' is that steps are under way to restore 'normal' service in the not too distant...
I can not 100% confirm or deny this.

At the moment all inChilli customers can do is sit tight, be patient and see what pans out.
I for one have my fingers tightly crossed!
If I hear anything more concrete I will post it here.
