Are Neteller safe if not in U.S?

My Neteller account was never linked to a USD bank account, the Neteller account was in USD though.

Err, "I was finally told ONE MONTH later that they were no longer accepting bank wire withdrawals from USD accounts"...

Why did they tell you this, if your account wasn't linked to a USD bank account?

As for your account itself being in USD, this is still allowed. If it wasn't, I'd likely take my business elsewhere.

The issues with Neteller are only with US players...

Your business is safe if you live else where

Believe that if you want to. They have 70k of my money. They could have allowed me to transfer it out, but they didn't. If you feel safe with a company that lets the US bend them over backwards and freeze 55 million then you must REALLY be reaching.

US Gov or not, they are a stiff job. Everything that has happened, they have allowed it to happen.
