Ladbrokes mis-fortune cookies

Sorry this is a few days old, but just got back from the US of A (no gambling at all, officer!), and found an in-box full of Ladbrokes Fortune Cookie e-mails...
49 of them to be exact!
They were sent each and every half an hour from 11:30am on Feb-16th to 11:30am on the 17th....
...and every single one looked like this:-

Thanks Ladbrokes, for wasting 30 minutes of my life!

Anyone else suffer the same fate?

Got 52 of them all same phoned em up o its not our fault its third party who is sending them out we have told them about the problem but dont know when it will be sorted. Well done ladbrokes support becoming as big a joke as their poker client.

I received ~50 cookies, all losers. I scratched them all, and was really angry after scratching 10.

I have signed up an account on Ladbrokes, because now it is here listed as a new accredited casino, but i can't log in.

Certainly i contacted the support and they told me, that my account is registered and i can log in, but i told them, that this doesn't work!

But then i get as answer, that it might be, that i'm from germany, but i told them, that i'm not from germany, because i'm from austria and here is online gambling legal!

Then they mean, that i should call a number, but i don't waste my money for a number, which is not toll free, so i'll never play there!

It was only wasted time for me to sign up at this casino!

As far as I am aware Ladbrokes do not accept players from Germany and USA and I think the Netherlands too.
