I was impressed last night/plus got some dirt!

Hiya

I just wanted to give some kudos to Michael at Club World. It was very odd. In short....There is a thread in america the beautiful on how they gave me a $25 bonus and I ended up winning $200.

I had live chatted "Ana" and asked her how I was gonna get the money and she had told me to sign up for ecocard. I was a little leary but did. Everything went well and eco accepted and my w/d plus my dep and w/d from eco all was approved in one day.

Why I'm impressed: I was sitting at home last night watching tv and the phone rang about 6pm. I answered and this gentleman with an English accent said "Hi Im Michael, how are you?" I said I was fine and asked how I could help him. He said he was from Club World and Ana expressed to him that I was leary about Eco and he wanted to see how everything went and if there was anything he could do for me!! That was sooo nice of him and not necessary. He said he felt concerned and wanted to make sure I was happy about the transition and Eco.

Some Dirt: Michael informed me that very soon Club World Casinos are getting their own debit card for ALL players including USA!!!! He said a minor cost is involved but will be worth it.

So did the money go back to your bank account after you withdrew to your eco account? Or do you have to request a withdrawal?

Eco tried to send my bank a transfer and they refused it UGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just live chatted clubworld and they are going to work something out to get me my money. Ill let you know
