    My Hype Withdrawal Experience

    Hi all,

I know there have been a few players recently that have been anxious over HypeGaming withdrawals. I too have been in this situation so wanted to detail my experience to date!

Basically 2 weeks ago I made a $1500 deposit and withdrew a very nice $7200 (thanks in part to a x100 Magic Mushroom win on a $25 bet!). However, then the 'run around' started. However, after much chasing, contacting KWBlue on this forum and also other affiliates I know, Hype have put the following payment plan together for me:

    17th Feb: $2200
    23rd Feb: $2500
    2nd March: $2500

Now this is fine for me, particularly since I really just wanted my deposit back to start. On this note, I am pleased to say that true to their word I did receive the first payment via NeTeller today. Similarly, I got an email stating the reason for delay was that all US$ funds were frozen even for non-US players. As such, they were transferring money over to make payments.

However, despite the poor communication and delays, it would appear so far that things are moving in the right direction. I hope this puts minds at ease for those waiting on payments. Of course, I'll keep you updated on how the plan goes.

Best of luck to those awaiting monies!

    good to hear.
    On the other hand:
I cant see any reason, why i should touch a casino, which needs to make a plan over several weeks for a 7 grand payout.
For me hype is gone down to the third class (or league).

Glad they are paying someone. I have had a withdrawal since mid January. They promised me payment yesterday which I never received. I've been in contact with their support team and with the rep Tristan here but I still haven't been paid. I'm ready to pitch my first bitch very soon.

Sorry to hear that Gem. I have to say I mailed the rep (Tristan) TWICE via the PM function here at CM and whilst he read the emails did not even write back... not good. I've had more correspondance from KWBlue who isn't even an employee for this casino! I've also asked my friend who runs a well-known gambling portal (and who I write for from time to time) to pressure the casino. Not sure what has done the trick, but something has worked, at least for the first withdrawal.

At least I have my deposit back now and $600 of the winnings. That was may major concern - that I might not even get the deposit back! Just to see if they pay the $5000 remaining now.

Really hope that you get your payment soon.

Better in instalments than nothing at all, I guess but if a casino needs to pay $7 000 in instalments (is there a weekly cap in the T&Cs btw?) I would regard that as an early warning flag.

Hype Gaming is reported to be the best of the three licensees using the comparatively recently launched Player Preferred software (see other thread) Of the other two there are disturbing reports regarding Inchilli slowpays and a reported change of ownership (already!) and Giant Palace has gone rather quiet.

Yes Jetset... there is - $10,000 per week...lol!

I have to say, if there really is a problem with all funds being frozen I can partly understand. However, the lack of communication is the major problem for me. I was told "2/3 business days" from outset which was clearly a lie. I just hope that they get some liquid money available to start paying out again and to rectify any damage that is currently being caused. Afterall, I think the games are fun and fair as do many other players, as public opinion on this board would suggest.

    Hey guys...

I just noticed this post after a bit of vacation. Anyone interested, please send me the following details and I will take this up again with the Hype folks.. I would like to get everyone who is needing payment at once so that I can have them ALL looked at in one group instead of individually.

    All I need is:

    1. Hype Account Number
    2. Date / Amount of Original Withdrawal
    3. Date you sent identification documents

Any furthur communication with Hype would be great as well and if you feel like unloading your whole story with me, feel free.

I will send ALL info I receive on Wednesday this week, so please have your details in before then.

SEND TO: cashoutissues *AT* casinobonusfarm *DOT* com

Thank You - I will do my best to help out... again.

You just described a ponzi scheme. (or a pyrmiad, whichever you prefer)

    kwblue:

You are the NUTS. I think it is very cool that you would do this for the players involved.

    Above and beyond, Kudos.

I hope this creates some positive karma for you, when you need it.

while the air rising from the Hype smokestacks does have a foul odor, it doesn't necessarily imply a ponzi scheme. they could just be inadequately funded and had some lucky high-rollers? nonetheless, why do CM forum members who see these Hype payment issues continue to play there in the near term???
