You're probably right. They just started with MG casinos. Before, they were only targeting Playtech and RTG affiliate programs....mainly RTG, go figure.

If this is a part of the "999" thing it's been going on for a while. I started getting hit with the MG casinos around Christmas.

This ties into the other thread about Phoenician (999). I went back to them days after I posted in that thread. I was told they cannot control emails being sent and that I was in the wrong place. It gave me a laugh.

http://www.the999casino.com/?banner_...1_2480_1334775 is on an email I got a few minutes ago. It's "Happy Vegas Casino" which when you attempt to download goes to "Jupiter Club Casino"

I suspect this is just a rogue affiliate. If you email the affiliate tag to the associated affiliate programs, they'll probably ban the guy and take care of this problem.

I used to get several copies of this spam every day. It was a Ruby Fortune affiliate, every link on the page would download Ruby Fortune. Eventually I complained and the spam stopped, but I cannot tell whether I was simply taken off the mailing list or the affiliate was terminated. Maybe the Palace Group rep would like to comment on why they let a spammer to become and to stay an affiliate for such a long time.

I'll chat to them this morning and see what they know about it or what action can be taken.

    Top man!

I'm shocked it has anything to do with such a reputable group (Ruby Palace ) - I hope they find out who it is & drop a 16-ton weight on them!

That's exactly right. Looks like the same old spammer with a new ambition. Exactly the same modus operandi.

From the affiliate program's perspective they just see stats for clickthroughs, downloads, sign-ups, earnings... They were likely not aware of this guy's spamming, and will likely ban him, if they are made aware. It should be easy to identify which affiliate it is, so long as they have the affiliate tag.

They have been reported numerous times, so the affiliate program in question is definitely aware of the situation. Let's hope they're not like CPays and totally ignore the situation.

Remember, this is not a single spammer. This is a network of spammers all around the world working together.
