You continue to miss the point.

    1. The UIGEA does not prohibit bettors from betting

    2. The UIGEA does not order any or all gaming establishments to stop taking US business.

    3. The handful or people arrested have only been apprehended when they have entered US territory. The US has not gone after people in other jurisdictions to bring them back.

    4. The charges the arrested are facing are just that, charges. Several attorneys have stated the DOJ is pursuing a policy, not enforcing a law. This will play out. The DOJ had been unable to make other nations or the companies within those nations obey. The arrests are administrative measures designed to scare.

    5. In sum, Wager Junction was in no way forced to shut off Americans. It chose to so. I'm sure they were pressured like other gaming firms by the chilling effect of DOJ policy. The fact remains: They could have stayed if they had wanted to. They would have had to make adjustments. The player is not liable here. The casino is.

    My 2 cents...

On 24th Jan I sent a basic e-mail enquiry to Wagerjunction. I forgot the whole issue, and today I finally received their reply! It took over 10 days for them to respond..

Obviously I do not recommend them if you ever need to contact them by-email. and you would like do things in timely manner. I had to contact them because their terms & conditions were not properly displayed.

    Wager Junction

You know guys i dont mind a healthy debate but to me your posts are all about Casino bashing . Dresden i think that your issues have been sorted out have they not ? . You have played at our partner Casinos for quite some time have you not.

In addition i can tell you that Wager Junction is an affiliate program currently and it has taken some of the most unsavoury RTG Casinos noted for their horrible tactics and reformed them completly.

Now instead of carrying the fight to me about some perceived lack of guts in the US market maybe you should be taking your fight to the people that come up with the laws in the US and ask them why they have forced us out of the US market ?

If you ever decide to do this please let me know as i will willingly back you up. The choice to leave the US market was not an easy one to make but was a logical one one the Bill was passed .

I for one have many good friends on this board and have assisted a lot of players so i am quite confident that Wager Junction will continue to serve its many webmasters going forward.

I am not admitting perfection - this has been a trying time for everyone so excuse me for not answering emails within 30 seconds - but at least you get an honest answer from me - which many webmasters can verify - not some doublespeak .

I have never played there but I remember there was an issue with WJ proving its intentions by clearing all the BS off sites like Windows Casino.

I am not sure how to read the following three statements on the Windows site.

Best Online Casino © 2001-2007 Windows Casino Canada, All rights reserved.

Winner of 10 online gaming awards.

    Best online casino 2002,2004

Maybe Greg is right though, we are just Casino bashing.

I believe those awards were given to Windows by the SCA group.

    SCA = "Scummy Casino Association".

Unfortunately, taking 5-weeks to respond to the last post in this thread does little to calm the 'slow response' claims!

I personally don't think I've ever had to contact CS, so I can't comment on that. But if it's true that e-mails take several days or more to be replied, then something clearly needs to be done.
Remember; the Customer is King. (Quite literally in my case! )
And a happy customer is a frequent customer. Nothing pee's us players off more than slow payments & slow CS. Get these right & you will reap the rewards!

    Just my 4c...
