    Cantor Casino Withdrawal Query

    Any advice here please,i played at cantor casino 7 days ago,i won and requested withdrawal by bank transfer which is supposed to take 4 days,eg should have been in my account wednesday,i telephoned customer support yesterday and they told me to expect payment by end of week start of next week,now i have just received a email which reads as follows- Please note that your withdrawal of £xxxx made on the 12th Jan has been delayed due to a processing problem. Our Security and Payment Manager is aware of the problem and will have this resolved as soon as possible.
    What i cant understand is that nothing was mentioned about this yesterday,the deposit of £200+ was prossesed ok,any advice please.

    As long as they aren't dealing with US players it's perfectly legit. Remember that a couple of land based US casinos have tried this (MGM, Atlantis). Didn't work out so good and they pulled the casinos off-line.

    The Cantor Group used to be Kismet Studios operating Harrods, Private, Red Lounge and several white labels.
    Private & Harrods have been closed down & replaced by the self-named Cantor, and more white labels, such as Toon Casino (The Official Fighting Relegation Newcastle United Casino).
    They are IMO all trustworthy & professional.... shame we can't say the same about their rep!
