Cantor Casino Withdrawal Query

Any advice here please,i played at cantor casino 7 days ago,i won and requested withdrawal by bank transfer which is supposed to take 4 days,eg should have been in my account wednesday,i telephoned customer support yesterday and they told me to expect payment by end of week start of next week,now i have just received a email which reads as follows- Please note that your withdrawal of xxxx made on the 12th Jan has been delayed due to a processing problem. Our Security and Payment Manager is aware of the problem and will have this resolved as soon as possible.
What i cant understand is that nothing was mentioned about this yesterday,the deposit of 200+ was prossesed ok,any advice please.

They're into white label operations and on-premises gambling hand-helds, too.

As long as they aren't dealing with US players it's perfectly legit. Remember that a couple of land based US casinos have tried this (MGM, Atlantis). Didn't work out so good and they pulled the casinos off-line.

The Cantor Group used to be Kismet Studios operating Harrods, Private, Red Lounge and several white labels.
Private & Harrods have been closed down & replaced by the self-named Cantor, and more white labels, such as Toon Casino (The Official Fighting Relegation :( Newcastle United Casino).
They are IMO all trustworthy & professional.... shame we can't say the same about their rep! :p

In 2007 Cantor Gaming acquired Kismet. Later, Cantor Casino switched their software to Kismet. Cantor seems to want the casino to be their their group's primary one. The new games appear on Cantor before Red Lounge, Private, and Toon. For awhile, it looked like they were going to merge Red Lounge into Cantor Casino. The home page of the Cantor Casino website used to say "Formerly Red Lounge Casino." A few weeks ago, Cantor sent an email, implying that Private Casino would be merged into Cantor Casino. I believe Cantor Casino is just as reputable and trustworthy as others in the group, like Red Lounge.

I keep on getting cantor emails but when i email them with questions they never answer back . Main reason why i did not let friends open accounts with them.

Crappy way to advertise. Look for a year old post and answer it . KK is absolutely right.

From a Players perspective all the Kismet group casinos are first class. Fair games and fast no-nonsense pay-outs.

Plus some nice on-going bonuses all along the way. I would highly recommend the group.

Way too many affiliates on this forum - or is it way too much player apathy. Maybe a bit of both.

Anyway if you're a real player then go snap up the bonus offers and make some nice cash.

Why the "premium rate" phone number:confused:

Not only can it cost a fortune from non-BT lines (7p per minute on Virgin Media), mobiles will charge a whopping 40p per minute. Further, it is not possible to dial the number from outside the UK.

Most casinos use toll free numbers for CS, they are quite happy making money from the hold on the games. OFCOM recently launched the 03 prefix, which if you are really so hard up you cannot offer toll free telephone support, would allow you to have a number that is charged at "normal" rates within the UK, and is fully accessible from all countries outside the UK, and further is charged as a normal landline call from a mobile phone.

It would add insult to injury for a player to get poor CS, and then find they are billed a large amount for it - especially if they had winnings confiscated at the end of it.

Posting a "shill" post, and then not monitoring the forum afterwards for several months was a huge mistake, better to have not signed up as a rep and posted in the first place.
 
For what it's worth I went to meet up with one of their managers the other day for a chat. I've been reviewing and playing the casino and the purpose of the chat was to find out more about the backend, company etc.

The impression I came away with was that they run a very tight ship and they have to because of the Cantor Fitzgerald ownership. They can't afford to fall foul of financial regulations and because the CF group headquarters are in Nevada they need to be seen as whiter than white when it comes to who they accept and their finances. Any country where online gambling is illegal or frowned upon are therefore not accepted.

In terms of the games, they licence in some slots from Crypto and have a few of their own. They also have two interesting (IMO) games in Xtra Odds Baccarat and StatJack (designed to help players understand Blajckjack better). IMO the slots are nothing more than average, however they have more coming and a deal with Atronic which should be in the casino soon. If you have the casino, also check out the slot "Heavy Metal Steel" which is in Beta in the "Fun Mode" only right now but erm, interesting!
