Given the APPALLING level of CS at most casinos, and getting the runaround over the simplest of issues. Plus also the recent rise in casinos screwing over players and the software operators doing nothing about it; for me a definite NO in many casinos.
Where I have been treated well though, I would E-mail the casino to let them know that the problem could exist, but I would not keep on reminding them if their support is too inept to deal with the issue the first time (most good casino support probably would deal with it properly)
I have just been lightly screwed over by one of the GOOD casinos due to misapplication of promotional terms. Likely this will be corrected, but it should have been got right the first time, as it was a simple calculation of 35% of 600, which somehow worked out at 59!!!!!!!
I now have the hassle of contacting support, getting a reply, and possibly having to explain the problem in a different way.
