    Hype having technical difficulties

I just had a series of problems at Hype. First I made a deposit of $200.00 using my debit card. The casino hung and I had to restart. When I logged back in there was no money in my account.

Fortunately, I have online banking and checked my account. The money had been deducted from my account. They couldn't find it and will investigate.

So the diehard I am I deposited $200.00 via Neteller. Received an email immediately from Neteller it went through. No money in Hype. Had to have their live help locate it for me which they did. Restarted the casino again and my $200.00 Neteller deposit was there.

Then I started to play. Then things got weird. I hit the free spins on the Fireworks Frenzy slot. It retriggered once so I had a total of 30 free spins at $5.00/spin. It shows my total win at $1004.00 but my account balance is $842.40. I had $177.17 when I hit the free spin feature. There is $338.77 missing.

Here is a screenshot after the free spin session. How the heck do you deal with all of this? Guess I should have forgotten about it after the debit card problem.

Then when I was chatting with live help the operator tells me I didn't win $1004.00. Here is the quote:

<Operator> For your information, 1 credit is equals to 1 cent in the slots game.
<Operator> So 1004.00 credits should be $10.04 in cash.

    They obviously mis-understood you.
Get back on live chat - they've always got it right for me - though it may take a little while.

If that fails, contact the rep here at CM:- HypeTristan

NOTE: If anyone else has this deposit problem - contact them via live chat immediately!
Do not try to deposit again.
I had two 'failed transactions' and both ended up going into my Hype account!

I too have heard of cases with failed deposits, but all of them were fixed immediately in live chat inside the casino.

Seems to just be a problem with the display.

As for the slot payout you describe - just weird! I'll be curious to hear what happens.

You are referring to the $200.00 debit card deposit I am assuming. The operator told me the account office was gone and asked I email support which I did.

What do you think about me continuing to play? Should I wait and let them figure it out without playing anymore? I just closed the casino and decided best not to play anymore.

I have had several deposits not make it using Neteller in Hype. They always find them for me but never has a debit card deposit gone astray.

Is In Chilli casino under the same ownership as Hype, or is it just the same software?

They used the same line on me:

For your information, 1 credit is equals to 1 cent in the slots game.

<Operator> So 1004.00 credits should be $10.04 in cash.
This person needs to be fired for 3 reasons:

    1. Talking to you like you're 3 years old
    2. If they're stupid enough to think a 100400 coin win = $10.04, they can't even do simple arithmetic.
    3. Re: #2...so 500 coins = 5 cents?

    lmao, what an idiot.
Operators: If you don't know what Transparency means, then here you go.....now how about practicing it?

Transparency, as used in the humanities and in a social context more generally, implies openness, communication, and accountability. It is a metaphorical extension of the meaning a "transparent" object is one that can be seen through. ...

I would stop playing in the meantime... I will contact everyone I know and have them take a look at this thread immediately.

The operator obviously thought the credits was 1004. They need to pay more attention and not be so rude

Hype and InChilli are not the same - however support is run by a common group and this is likely why you would hear some of the same stuff.

    Thanks for the info.

Warning: inChilli is a big ripoff.

I took the ND bonus a long time ago and lost it entirely.

I deposited for the first time yesterday and won. Now they won't process my withdrawal because they are holding me to the no deposit wagering requirement.

I had the same problem over at InChilli. Not sure why they do this, but as soon as you take that ND bonus you HAVE to complete the wagering requirements EVEN IF THE BONUS IS GONE AND ACCOUNT HAS ZEROED.

IMO - that is rape, but they don't see it that way

    Thanks for the warning!
I took the ND & blew it in minutes without a second thought.
Haven't deposited there yet - and might not now!

(Mind you, it was only $15 - their SUB is 100% on $300 )
