Are you sure this information is trustworthy ?
I'm asking that because Gambling Magazine is owned by Claude Levy and is used to promote his rogue casinos.
Claude Levy is the same guy who owns Cryptologicsucks.com where he wrote crazy things about Cryptologic, Wagerlogic and InterCasino.
You can perform a seach on his name on the forum and you'll have a good idea of who the guy is:

wow this place is soo rigged....50 hands, dealer has BJ 6 times..everytime I get dealt 20, he has a BJ..80% of the time, dealer up card is better than my cards.. can i just cashout and take the damn loss, or do they actually enforce the "no withdrawal under first deposit amount"? i have a bad feeling about this site and my gut instincts are usually right....

switched to their flash BJ and it's the same garbage there, dealer gets dealt A 8 times in 33 hands and gets BJ 5 times while I only get BJ once...not to mention their poker software is terribly slow...-$400 for me because of boredom..
