    32Red Support/Live Chat

I had a most unpleasant experience just now with 32Red Support. My query was NOT answered via email and I was ordered to come on live chat??? Apparently, tonight is their Xmas party night and they have someone filling in....some guy named Pat something or other. Think I may have to complain to management about him.....Ed, are you reading this???

Pat, you are a gem and a gentleman...thanks for the laugh and the comp!!!

Quick! EVERYONE CASH OUT!!!! I quite like the idea of some jaded, hungover and weary cash-out clerk accidentally adding a couple of zero's at the end...

Pat's well known for his restraint and tee-total behaviour I've heard... I'm sure he's NEVER been out in some of the more 'vibrant' provincial UK cities and enjoyed the liquid delights on offer. Ed too.

Always business, 24/7 - i'm sure of it

Aside from the too obvious joke that I'm not going to touch , ALL online casinos should have live chat. It should be just like a B&M casino where you can whine (winge for you English folks) to a supervisor about how bad the cards are and what kind of dinner comp you can get. Most customer service reps of online casinos are okay, but I get the impression that few, if any, have ever worked in a casino.

Believe it or not, I just sat here for five minutes reading this before I even got the joke...ha ha ha. Little slow today I guess. Gee, I gotta watch what terminology I use around you guys, don't I? Okay...ooohhhh baby, oh baby......mmmmmm....oh God....how's that?

Slotster, you sure we're talking about the same guy? Pat in the tea-totallers club? I'm sure you're confused, or there's an impostor at the controls. The only thing with tea in it that I can imagine Pat drinking is the Long Island Iced variety, lol.
