Hi there everyone 8). I'm kinda noob here, and I've got a question concerning Grand Bay casino.

Recently I received a letter via s-mail, and there was a 100$-free-no-deposit coupon. I entered it in their casino and actually received a 100 no deposit bonus. After 15 minutes of play aI made it a 300$+..

And now I wonder if it is safe to make a deposit here to withdraw that winnings. They also give a 100%-100$ welcome bonus.

Has anyone played there? Is it a normal casino or a scam?
(it is a little bit suspicious that a win that easily)

You as well!

This mass marketing is getting out of hand. Looks like the UK has been hit with this, and now Russia!
The danger here is that the casino may end up with too many players on the books taking only the free chip and first deposit bonus and wanting to withdraw. This will put a squeeze on the bottom line, and this will inevitably lead withdrawals being denied due to "abuse" of the offer in the mailer.
I have received TWO, and there is only ONE of me. if you also have two for the same casino, do NOT open two accounts, they will confiscate everything for multiple accounts at the same household, it is against the terms that are so helpfully NOT included in the snail-mailer, but are easily found by guessing the name of the website and having the ability to predict that terms and conditions are included under a link to promotions, where there are three sets, general, promotional, and eZbonus.

I was under the impression that Russia was listed as a banned country at Grand Bay, so can't see why they wasted money sending mailers there!

I got this one 3 times! Couldn't find the T&C's anywhere so just used it to check out the interface.

I have played their sister casino lake palace casino and withdrawal my money smoothly.

I get the $100 no deposit bonus coupon too but catch nothing after some bets.

already got a 500$+ in my account 8\\

Sooooo 8(.. does anyone know how to redeem that money? On their site there is a loooong sheets of different T&Cs, and as far as I understand, I need to wager 30xbonus to be able to withdraw, right?

(i didn't made a depo yet, since i'm russian, and on their site they say that bonuses will not be given for my country accounts. Who knows, may be they'll lock me without any funds returned)

Just don't go expecting any type of suuport from 8am EST Friday to 8am SET Sat.

As per usual GBC (I'll assume the entire Grand Prive` support) are holding their annual Chrissy party and the support center will be closed for 24 hours. They must get pretty sloshed :drink:

I don't begrudge any business closing down for an Xmas party. Employees are only humanafter all and it's Xma - hell, get drunk, throw up, screw the recptionist THEN cash in the bonus:D

I don't begrudge any business closing down for an Xmas party. Employees are only human after all plus it's Xmas and besides, I know from experience that all customers are a*sholes anyway. Let the buggers wait :D

So GP guys: get drunk, throw up, get laid, cash in the bonus and THEN you can worry about the WR

Personally, I think they'd have better luck getting laid BEFORE they throw up...but hey, that's just me. :D

This is one of the problems. The fact that you registered from a banned country and that the support and/or software credited bonuses is not gouing to help if management decide it was in error. They will claim that YOU should have read the terms, spotted that Russian players could not receive bonuses, and not claimed it in the first place.

Only a few months ago, us Brits were allowed to play, but were not allowed to claim bonuses. If we ended up with bonuses, it was up to US not to use them in breach of the terms. There were a rash on non-payment issues with this group who were able to take certain bonuses through the software, but were banned from doing so in the various terms. Many involved British players playing in USD, not that uncommon, and claiming bonuses that were allowed for USD acounts; however, Grand Prive insisted that UK residents had to play in GBP, and Americans had to play in USD. Anyone else was free to play in USD if they so chose except the Brits.
One problem in sending more than one mailer to a household is that in many cases, husband & wife will say "let's have one each", and at that point there is nothing to tell them this will be a big problem for them. It wouldn't be if each opened accounts at different casinos, but the mailer is Grand Bay alone, with no mention of any choice beig available.

If it works, I am sure they will repeat this with other of their brands, which include, but are not necessarily limited to (:D ), Grand Bay, Roadhouse Reels, Bella Vegas, Jupiter Club, Lake Palace, Big Dollar (sorry, let that slip;) ).

I got the postal bonus too!
Redeemed the coupon & got 100 quid in my account last Saturday - but I have not played at all yet because I can't find the T&C's anywhere!

I e-mailed them that day, but got no response. (Still waiting...)

If anyone knows what the conditions are on this bonus, I would love to hear it!

Shame on them

I would have thought that at least the install CD would provide the terms. This is going to lead to many problems with players who breached the terms because none were available at the time. If they were impatient, they could end up doing something wrong, most specifically if the terms turn out to involve game exclusions rather than just WR.
From another post, I understand it is necessary to deposit before being able to withdraw from this free chip, but all that the mailer has to say on this is that after the free chip you can then have the normal 100% to 100 deposit bonus; which is actually against the standard terms on the Grand Bay website (enjoying more than one new player offer per account). This implies this mailer is not covered at all under the standard terms, and has special terms that, so far, no-one has been able to find.

Last week i got also 3 letters from Casino Grand Bay, all have $100 voucher ( = 3 different vouchers), Casino CD plus some marketing stuff.
They allow one voucher and refuse to credit rest ones.

I ask reason to this, and here is part of their reply:

"...Thank you for your mail.

The vouchers were sent by an external marketing company from their data base.
We do not control over who they send it to and how many times..."

I expect they will use this excuse if this offer causes problems due to non-existant terms and conditions. This is so similar to the "our affiliate did it" excuse used by Fortune Lounge.
We do at least know how they got our addresses, they didn't, the external company has our addresses from somewhere!
If this is so, this mailshot is likely to go out to more total non online gamblers than gamblers. As it is so indiscriminate that 3 (or more) are sent to the same person I bet they are also sent to kids too, ones whose names appear in their own right on marketing databases, particularly the ones held by mobile phone companies.

Damn, I want to get in on this bonus, where did you all find this again?

I play at this casino as well and love it!

hell...
got FullHouse on 100 hand VP JoB
Got 1400 in balance.
whatta hell...
I got a voucher as well.Only the sign on page is broken.I think i read the max you can cashout is $200 with this voucher. It sounds like typical casino bullshit. Some marketing Co. sends out 1000's of vouchers so they take down the sign on page.Has anyone here been able to sign on and play at grand bay in the last week?Other than you shills out there.

Yep, I finally got credited my voucher last night and was actually able to sign on and play. I think I played for about four hours on it. Didn't cashout, but had fun.

And Ama is right, the minimum cashout is two times the amount of the voucher.

I received this voucher in the mail a few days ago as well. I found the offer to be very misleading. They addressed me as "Dear Valued Player" as if the offer was for existing players...but then when you read the directions on the CD, it tells you to register an account as if you're a new player. I contacted Live Chat and was told the offer was for new players who have NEVER played at the casino. I was told that I could use the voucher at their sister casinos if I hadn't already registered at those (which I had). When I questioned the support person about the nature of the offer, as in how new players who have never deposited are apparently more "valued" than existing players who HAVE deposited, I was given some drivel about how they consider potential players to be valued players, blah, blah, blah. Anyway, I requested that my name be removed from their marketing partner's mail list...even though the support person stated they had no control over whether the marketing group ultimately honored my request or not. I stated that I felt they needed to clean up this marketing mess as I felt they were offending existing players by continuously sending promotional material in the mail designed for brand new players.

Finally

I finally used my voucher (one of them, anyway:D ). I played "Agent Jane Blonde", since I had never seen this slot in ANY other MG casino. It was just another Thunderstruck clone, and my 100 soon went. Just as well, as there are no T & C for a cashout and I now read the MIN is 200, or is it the MAX:confused:

Their slots leaderboard looks interesting, top prize 2000 cash or 4000 bonus. I would really lay into this competition if I were confident of reasonable CS, and not getting screwed. At least I am 45, so that's one "stunt" off their menu:D :D

My worry is that until recently they shunned British players (blanket bonus & tournament bans), but suddenly start mailing us these vouchers and offering bonuses.

Logging on was difficult at times, and the slot was really slow - frequent spells of reels just spinning and spinning.

Julie, all the snail mail offers always include a CD, and say to register an account. I've had accts with all their casinos for probably going on five years, and have received I think four of these snail mail bonuses. I've redeemed them all no problem, and so have many other existing players. Did you try to redeem yours? I hope you didn't throw it out? Trust me, it's valid.....I don't care what some CS rep told you.

And Vinyl, the MINIMUM cashout is 200, or twice the amount of the voucher.

New?

I DID try to redeem the second voucher as an existing player, but the claim was rejected by the software. It may be an occasional bug that allows redemption by an existing player.
I have binned my other voucher as useless now, but I am tempted to fish it out and just record the number just in case someone can tell me how to get round the error that prevented the second redemption at Grand Bay. I saw a post that implied it might work at a sister casino.

I think their CS is pretty good.

I've received two emails about the weekly bonuses that had bad links and images, and both times they emailed me back within an hour with the correct info. Plus, the cashouts are a lot faster now (12 hour reversal, money to Neteller in about 24 hours).

VWM, did you keep the envelope or box that the voucher came in? If so, take a picture (or scan) both the packaging and the voucher, and email support. Also, were both of your vouchers for the same promotion or different ones? That's where I ran into problems, because I had one voucher for one promotion that was delayed getting to me, but did redeem. Then two weeks later, I got the Christmas package, which was originally denied as they thought I had tried to redeem two vouchers for the same promo.

If that fails, PM me and I will give you an email addy for one of the supervisors there. She wrote me last night asking if all had been worked out to my satisfaction, as I had written her on Friday when I was getting nowhere. She may be able to look after you.

Bottom line, they did honour both my vouchers, and I haven't deposited here in months and months.

I have claimed two 100$ vouchers at Grand Prive at two different casinos, and I have also claimed the 100$ for Big Dollar casino. (Not sure if that is Grand Prive also...). So you can claim several vouchers for sure.

These bonuses are actually the best free gifts I have ever gotten from any casino and no 'hidden' T&C/max cashout etc. I withdrew 550$ from one of the vouchers, busted on the others.

I got the Big Dollar voucher a couple months ago, so wifey got the GrandBay voucher this month. Wifey had played BigDollar before, but not for a bonus, so there was some confusion about email addresses during sign up with their EZPLay-BigDollar-I'm-not-a-GP-casino-farce. The software suggested using a different email address, so wifey complied and she was off to play.

The GrandBay site was mostly "down", so no T&Cs. Wifey did see the 200 min w/d term.

After receiving the gift, checking the withdrawal requirements and playing different games, wifey discovered the EZBonus table was a little different from other GP casinos.

Baccarat - 2%
French Roulette - 25%
RedDog - 100%
Slots - 100%

Wifey hopes the email problems don't bollox the withdrawal. Somehow, GP has linked the two email addresses, so the welcome email went to wifey's new email address and the positive w/d acknowledgment email went to the old BigDollar email address.
