Yep...check out https://www.allaccessgift.com/gift/index.m for places you can get the gift cards. I'm not sure if there's more places offering those or not...
re: Mousey:IMO, $1 per transaction isn't steep at all. If you use the direct deposit option, loads are free. The only fee other than that is if you went into a merchant and reloaded...They either charge $4-5.95 per reload.Holy cow! Those fees would hurt! NETeller truly has me spoiled. But it's good to know there are other options out there. We may be needing them soon. However, there are no NETSpend reload centers in my area.
Also notice that they don't charge a per-month maintenance fee like other reloadable cards do. The only time they apply the monthly fee is if you don't use it for 90+ days.
Operators: If you don't know what Transparency means, then here you go.....now how about practicing it?
Transparency, as used in the humanities and in a social context more generally, implies openness, communication, and accountability. It is a metaphorical extension of the meaning a "transparent" object is one that can be seen through. ...

I finally broke down and got a Netspend card tonight. It seems fairly reasonable though I still have some questions like could they still charge a monthly fee even after your balance hit zero? i'll get around to calling them soon enough.
I was very surprised to see that they allow you to link your paypal account to the card so in effect you can fund your gambling via paypal. Isn't it ironic? Don't ya think? It's like rayeeeayyyyn.......
I sure hope I don't win anything so I don't have to deal with the hassle of getting a check mailed to me.![]()

I JUST ALSO PURCHASED A VISA NETSPEND CARD ( RELOADABLE) IT WORKS GREAT. IT COST 1.00 PER TRANSACTION TO FUND YOUR CASINO ACCOUNT. CALL TO ACTIVATE IT WHEN YOU GET IT, THEN GO ONLINE AND USE IT LIKE A CREDIT CARD TO FUND THE CASINO. MY ONLY PROBLEM IS SINCE I LIVE IN THE U.S THE CASINO TOLD ME THEY COULD ISSUE ME A CHECK FOR A WITHDRAWL. I DONT KNOW HOW THAT WORKS BECASUE IM AFRAID THE BANKS MIGHT TRY TO TRACE IT. BUT THE CASINOS ASSURED ME THEY ARE WORKING ON IMPROVING THE SITUATION. AND I HAVE TO SAY BODOG SAID THEY HAVE BEEN WORKING ON THIS PROBLEM FOR SEVERAL MONTHS ALREADY BEFORE NETELLER LEFT. THEY SEEM REAL SINCERE. ANYWAY I AM ABLE TO DEPOSIT EASILY BUT I HAVENT TRIED TO WITHDRAW YET. WHEN YOU PURCHASE A NETSPEND CARD YOU WILL GET A TEMPORARY CARD WHICH YOU CAN USE IMEDIATLEY. YOUR PERMANANT CARD ARIVES ABOUT 10 DAYS LATER IN THE MAIL.. OH ONE MORE THING.,.. WHEN YOU CALL AND ACTIVATE YOUR CARD IF YOU CHOOSE TO HAVE A PHONE CALL AFTER EACH TRANSACTION GIVING YOU YOUR REMAINING BALANCE , IT MIGHT BE ANOYING. I GOT 10 PHONE CALLS FOR ONE TRANSACTION. GONNA CALL AND HAVE THAT CHANGED TOMORROW. AS I SAID THIS NETSPEND IS VERY CONVIENT BECAUSE I HAVE 2 REAL CLOSE LOCATIONS BY MY HOUSE WHERE I CAN RELOAD OR PURCHASE. HOPE THIS POST HELPED.
Here is the corporate blurb on Netspend:
and thisNetSpend Corporation, headquartered in Austin, Texas, is the nation’s leading and fastest growing processor and marketer of prepaid, re-loadable debit cards.A U.S. based company issuing pre-paid debit cards used to illegally fund online gambling? Yeah, that's going to last.NetSpend has helped establish the regulatory standards for the prepaid debit card industry by implementing best practice anti-money laundering/fraud controls and prides itself on having a rigorous risk and compliance management approach that is fully compliant with all Federal (Patriot Act, BSA) and State regulations.
At this point, I wouldn't even bother getting a Netspend card just for gambling, especially given the hassles you are bound to encounter if you are actually fortunate enough to have a win and try to cash out. For us here in the U.S., wouldn't we all feel like schmoes if we started getting paper checks from casinos, then our banks refused to accept them.

I was just about to say the same thing as mgibson99. So I'll second the opinion. They are a U.S. Regulated Payment processor. They may be only now becoming aware of the increased usage of the card for online gambling. Under UIGEA they will shut down this type of transaction as will all other Visa and MC cards in the U.S. by at least the end of the 270 day period. Many Visa and MC banks have pulled out (mine included) already, before they even received the new Regulations. They may shut down this type of payment at any time.
We will have to go to Banks outside of the country. The closest thing to that at the present is EcoCard. Further options of this type will no doubt develop as the situation progresses.
oh sorry about the caps.. i got to typing and was way into it before i seen what i had done and did not change it.
since im posting i wanted to say that i used my netspend card as i stated before and since it was the temporary card i got all the phone calls. i was told by email that temporary cards can not be used for anything except atm transactions. i did not know this. netspend did say that once my permanent card comes in the mail (approx 10 days ) then I can use it for online transactions. but i dont know if i will purchase or reload because i dont think this option will last. i was also concerned because at the time of my puchase i was asked for my social sec #. i dont see why that was needed when they already have your phone # and address.
I see this thread hasnt been updated in quite awhile... is there any way at this time for USA players to play??
If you are in one of the 11 US states where it is illegal to gamble, probably not a good idea. Otherwise, you can send a check to the casino. Contact any microgaming casino and ask if there are any faster, better ways.
Good luck
And WELCOME, btw!
