Intertops Review & Diary

Hello
I would like to share my views on the best and worse of the casinos I have participated at but I need to initially share my experience with the most recent site I played at.
Intertops Casino Poker Room and Sports Betting.
I hoped that this site would offer an all in one site like the mega Party Gaming group. Sadly as hard as I tried to like these guys they continued to prove themselves greedy, evil, uncooperative, deceptive and untruthful to name a few adjectives associated to them.
I'm certain I will forget a few horros but a few include:
1) Made a nice run during first week. Thought this is great when I got a thousand dollars up at the casino. Then I went to cash out. Was told about
15 day hold on new accounts to cash out
2) Leaving the money in hands of gambler is cruel. Later found out from one of the few knowledgeable service reps I could have socked that money away. One rep hung up on me when I asked my options.
3) I was warned by Neteller agent about slow payouts and was given a checklist of things to ask and verify when dealing with Intertops.
4) Bonus restrictions unbelievable bad. One lady when I asked about bonus laughed and said basically "look it's a zillion times play through anyway you fool"
5) The site's current payout percentage slot certificate is over a year old. I asked if I was the only one who noticed the June 2005 certificate? IT support must be as lame as any online
6) Microgaming game logs do not work. Intertops still hasn't even responded to my questions about this.
7) Why does Microgaming associate these morons with their software
8) I had some money dissappear while playing a slot machine. I contacted them immediately and tried to get spin number. They emailed they would look into it. Been days and no reply. No game logs to verify either.
9) A BIGGIE. Would you trust a site run by a blatant Liar? During one inquiry I was connected to their manager, Sam. When I mentioned this site and asked his name he responded Samuel "Thomas". The manager's name is Samuel Kentish. I felt like calling his home in Antiqua at 1 268 560 7168. How could he be mad since this isn't him. If the head man purposely doesn't speak truthfully what oponion can you take away from the site other than a den of crooks, cheats and liars.
!0) No records of any bonuses they provide you. You won't know what still entitled to you or what you have received. Appears the boss makes a on the fly determination to amount and timeframe. I once got my "Rookie Bonus" of 62.00 but agent told me when checking bonuses I got a bonus due to casino errors. Where is the bonus I earned?
11) If they are at fault, can't provide you information or any resolve they hide and do not answer emails. My pet peeve.
12) After midnight if you call there is a goood chance they will state there are no English operators and connect you to a German agent.
13) Just plain unfriendly for most part
14) Prior to making first deposit I called and asked about best method for gaining best bonus. Told it didn't matter and just put in sportsbook only to be denied bonus because I didn't put it in casino in one lump sum.
15) Mininum transfer of monies from poker site to casino is 50.00.
16) I had some sucess in poker room tournments and ring games although you can see a months worth of strange flops, bad beats and bizzare outcomes. I went from 2nd with 25 players left to out of tourney in two hands once. But top this I was dealt back to back pocket AA (another first)
First my opponent with A2 flops three 2's to take half of my chips. The following hand the same player raises my AA with A8. The flop comes
3 4 5 6 7 to make a straight! I am out 2 places from the money. OK I won't be mad because that is plain funny.
SUMMARY.......In a word Intertops or International Gaming Company has
NO CLASS.
I'll rate my other experiences soon but here is one experience. As far as service who could ever top Party Casino for promptness, sincerity, quick payouts and integerity. I was booted once and came back to find I was credited with 1500.00 spin before I could ask. I received a bonus last night for promotion eeven though I havewn't bee there since ban. That is Class.
Where should I try next? In Washington state but that didn't seem to matter to Intertops as greed has no boundaries. Hopefully they will ban me for my own good. Please recognize my efforts in reporting about them should serve as a reason to avoid Intertops sites at all cost. Thanks

Sorry For Post Without Reading All Guidelines

I appologize for some infractions that occured when placing previous post. I will refrain from any other errors in the future.
As far as personal info the number I posted isn't a Intertop employee. I know this because that agent stated his name directly to me. The info is of a random Antiqua resident. LOL

I was told roughly the same thing and have heard similar reports from others recently... two week delay on cash outs for new accounts.

Nope Simmo never had 1 player complain about that, infact a few have cashed out on the first deposit no problem and had money in Neteller in 48 hrs or less.

3) I was warned by Neteller agent about slow payouts and was given a checklist of things to ask and verify when dealing with Intertops.
That seems a bit strange to me, in all the years I have played online I can say without a doubt that not one time has Neteller EVER said anything like this to me, heck infact you cannot get them involved when your trying to get money back on a timed out transaction, I really find it hard to believe they would state any such thing about one of their merchants.

I could be off the mark here, but I'm seeing a few things recently that make me think that there is some sort of "shared" knowledge base of players somewhere which means players can carry a "flag" around. Anyone else have any thoughts on this? It does seem logical in protecting player abuse, but on the other hand it would mean that one accidental misappropriation could lead to issues for legit players.

Intertops Review Updates

I really would prefer to delete my original post and spend a few minutes to better detail my experiences with this site.
As i mentioned I really wanted this site to work. I am seeking a duo poker/casino site where I can seamless transfer my play back and forth until eventually the inevitable occurs. I'm suprised at the lack of reposts regarding players experiences at the Party Gaming venue. I was impressed with the company's infrstructure and consistant handling of issues as they occured. Although I managed to remain a few thousand dollars ahead while playing there they never treated me as a liability.

In the most recent letter I wrote to Intertops asking for answers to my questions regarding game logs, payout certification, referals and results from continuing investigation of my lost chips while playing they replied by quoting my dollars deposited. bonuses paid and made no mention of the questions I posed.
My letter said
Good Morning
>
>I went ahead and reloaded with small deposit remaining loyal and keeping my
word.
>
>Played at casino and suprise I won nothing.
>
>Played in small poker tourney. That was entertaining we all laughed at the
poker program.
>
>Why haven't updated your monthly payouts reports in years?
>
>Your microgaming game log program doesn't work. Why?
>
>Why advertise using their program and the honesty and integrity associated
with it. Do they know?
>
>If it did I could investigate the misplaced chips myself.
>
>In two days you haven't been able to resolve this issue.
>
>

Their reply

Do you see any mention of my inquires?
Regarding the referal tab I would like someone to find this on any of the casino pages.

The monies is minor however they associated attitude is revealing of their their motives and caring human beings.
At Intertops within a few minutes of a call they would quote the exact amount to the penny I had deposited with them and bonuses given. That factor dictated how they viewed and treated their clients. I explained to them for no actual purpose but principal about when I placed 2nd in a poker tournment and promptly took that money from players that they would generally make a 10% revenue from and gave it all to them at the casino. They didn't grasp fact nor the fact that regardless of the source I had a lot of money in chips which in my mind was redeemable for actual cash although in theory only with them. Apparently the deposits made with prepaid Visa cards didn't warrant exerting the effort to look into other issues.
I am spending too much time regarding this but in a few words associated with my lifelong association with golf.

They have no class

If it's to try and prevent fraud I can't see how 14 days helps at all. That said, at least they are not trying to hide it I guess unlike some casinos who simply take that long without any warning. It could and should be improved IMO. Documentation is needed - fine. But I can't see how you need 14 days to check this stuff except in the rarest of instances where warnings are raised.

Sorry, I had to laugh too when I read that!

I remember investigating Intertops when I first saw CM had accredited them - I also remember laughing out loud at their sign-up bonus terms.
Instantly put them in the 'Long Barge Pole' section.
I can't recall what their WR was now - but I know it was a complete joke!

Regarding the poker - I presume they are part of the Prima network?
If so, you can't blame the casino for that - they would have zero control over the software.
Bad beats are just part of the game.

Sorry you had such a bad time with them - I'm sure you'll be a lot happier at some other CM accredited sites.
Smile, it may never happen...
