    DrHo888 used PT for their standard casino - but Casino Reality for their live dealer solution - which explains why that part was always in Costa Rica.

    I received the email as well, who knows if they got heat from the US..
    They did use playtech software but that was 3 years ago. I had an account there.

    It appears the casino has gone from Playtech to RTG.

    Can anyone confirm this (RTG change) please?

    We have been unable to squeeze any sort of explanation for this short notice move out of the Support personnel, who finally responded after four days to our enquiries.

    They simply advise what we already know - that DrHo888 has closed and been replaced by Ho368.com, and that all user names and passwords have been migrated.

    Currently says they are "upgrading... back shortly". Anyone know whats going on. Is this genuine or are they in trouble?

    The most unfortunate thing of all is that ho368.com has one of the WORST customer support and their billing would credit your account almost instantly when you send them money but when you ask for a withdrawal, they take AGES to send you the money.

    Oh well... seems like it's just upgrading, but I'm not sure. Just send them an email and see if they reply. If not, you know something is wrong. If they do, then good for you but my advice is to get out of there ASAP.
