MG bonus error - take it or leave it?

I find myself in a VERY unusual situation!
I just signed up at (yet another) MG casino with 100% SUB using the 'flexi-bonus' system.

So far I have not even wagered enough to release the first $10, but I happened to move my mouse pointer over the 'Credits' window and it shows my entire balance as cashable, no bonus chips!
I checked in the Banking screen & it says exactly the same!

    So what do I do?
Take it & leave with the risk of them refusing my withdrawal.
Or play on to meet the WR anyway.

    What would you do?

PS: I had a very good start & have nearly 3x my deposit!

    I wouldn't do it.

Any time I'm in B&M casino, I have to return a paid push on BJ at least once. I'm well within my rights to sit there quietly and take the money, but I don't do it. I know that surveillance is way to busy to notice my ten or twenty dollar wrong payout, but I still tell the dealer and give it back.

If you try to w/d, in a few days, they'll probably just bounce it back to your account to finish WR or return only your deposit and delete all winnings and bonus. Then you're talking a week or more of emails and phone calls and posts here at the forum.

If it were mine, I'd stop playing and email support to find out what is going on. (Though I'd rather be poked in the eye with a stick.) Then I'd have to email them again and again because, no doubt, they'll only read bits of the email, or not read it at all, replying with useless 'info' not related to my question. If there is a rep here at the forum, that would be the preferred contact.

Good luck, and keep us posted on how this turns out.

I would just play, keeping track of your wagers, until you meet the WR. That way, once you do meet the WR, the end result is the same - it's all in your cash balance.

I too would prefer Mousey's stick-in-the-eye instead of contacting CS. You should be fine if you meet WR with the cash balance.

Be a bit snide and instead of emailing saying "I have not met wagering and the bonus has cleared should I wager more?", ask a different question such as "there is currently no bonus balance am I now free to play games and then withdraw at any time?" If support give you the go ahead then withdraw with them backing you up.

I would either try to cash out now or stop wagering and contact support.

There is a chance that whatever went wrong could jack up your withdrawals, and you'd rather find out now before you gamble more and give the shop a chance to get it all back.

    Flexi-Bonus

There are some casinos that have different terms for the new player bonus, and this will show as fully cashable as the bonus system is not engaged.
I have also encountered mistakes where CS have credited a bonus but as cash instead of bonus. This could well be picked up at audit, and first time withdrawals normally get scrutinised. If this happens to a regular player, they MAY get away with benefiting from the error, and could easily argue they did so in good faith if they had given a reasonable amount of play before attempting the withdrawal.
This is by no means the only error in the flexi-bonus system. There are errors that fall in the casinos favour, and are a manifestation of the old bug of not properly recognising busting out on a bonus.

It depends which casino group. Terms are slightly different from one group to another. If the withdrawal fails, then most likely the money will be returned to your account without penalty.

Keep playing until I met the WR. I wouldn't want any friction on my withdrawing the funds I actually won. (but then again, I don't usually take bonuses either )

If I hadn't won anything, I would just keep playing. I don't play just to cash out the bonus amount.

If I had won a bunch, I would try to cashout, leaving the bonus amount in the casino. If the wdw goes thru and the bonus is still there, then you can play with it.
