If you sign in from their main web page it will work. If you try to sign in from a "favorite" listing it will not.
Found this out from 2+2. Should work.![]()
Anyone else now having trouble logging in with Firefox?

I think a more important issue is that of timeouts. Yet again I have had the misleading error message at a Microgaming casino to "try again later", but finding the funds have left my Neteller account.
While timeouts will happen, it should at least fail safe, and it is about time the error message was changed as it is highly misleading to suggest that the player simply "try again" without first checking with Neteller that the funds have not gone into limbo.
...........

This just happened to me this morning for the first time. I deposited without a problem last night. Now I have emailed the casino with screenshots and since they are notoriously slow for email support and since it's the weekend, I don't expect to see my money in there until Monday. This problem is driving me nuts. I want to play when I want to play. I don't want to deposit and then have to jump through hoops emailing back and forth between the casino and NETeller just to get my measley $25/$50 credited to my casino account. It's been a long time since I encountered the timeouts, but during the last week or so it's a regular occurrence.
2 out of my last 3 deposits have gone into limbo. The casino software says there was a problem contacting NETeller try again later. Meanwhile, NETeller sends me one of their autoemails saying the transfer was 'complete'. So here I sit waiting to hear from NETeller for my NT# which I will have to email to casino CS, and then it'll be this afternoon (if I'm lucky) before it gets credited to my casino account. grrrrrrr....

I have a sinking feeling that the reason for the timeouts is because Neteller is working on blocking US residents.
....

Since I have never encountered this problem in the 9 or 10 months that I have been using Neteller, I qualify as a newbie? Sweet! My main gripe, other than the misleading error message for newbies...
AMEN! What a royal pain! - After first trying live chat but not getting anyone I sent an email. 8 hours later (with no response) I decided to try Live Chat again:is that it is up to ME to chase up Neteller for the NT code, then contact the casino for the credit. If CS is poor, or no phone option is available, this process can take ages.

I have a sinking feeling that the reason for the timeouts is because Neteller is working on blocking US residents.

Thank you for your e-mail.
We thank you for all your efforts in obtaining these details.
I have logged a timeout request with the relevant department to have your funds retrieved on your behalf.
This will be attended to shortly.

You just reminded me of another advantage of not withdrawing my funds all the time like most of you guys here do...**heavy sigh** And here I am again... waiting on yet another deposit to find it's way into my casino account. I emailed NETeller, they sent me the NT #. I sent the NT# to the casino a couple of hours ago. So here I sit.
NETeller VIP CS says they are working to get this problem sorted out. I know they are, but dang...

Don't forget,
Monday Maintenance tomorrow. They don't tell the players, but very likely Neteller will be screwed up for a few hours at around 2am ET.
This has been the case the last few Mondays, and it seems there must be a fair bit of "Mainteinance" to get done.
I have not had trouble due to me playing more of my lucky streak in Golden Reef. I have an offer at Jackpot Factory, and plan to get it in before the maintainence.
Given that Neteller told me they saw no problem, seems odd they admit to be "working on it".
Hello Again!!!
......
We really are trying to fix this, I'm sure you think I'm fibbing but its
true, really! lol
Thank you for your patience.
Just a thought. Is this time out thing only affecting those of us in North America? What about you folks on the other side of the pond? No problems w/NETeller time outs?
Last time I had to wait 36h for an answer time to change to another payment method I think.I have had the same "timeout" issue with my last 2 deposits. Yes, its a pain having to call Neteller to get the NT number, then having to call the casino to give it to them. The good news (if you can call it that) is that the casino straightened it out pretty quickly the first time (less than an hour), but when you're ready to play and have a limted amount of time, an hour is a long time. The 2d time happened about 2 hours ago, and the funds are still not in my casino account.I think a more important issue is that of timeouts. Yet again I have had the misleading error message at a Microgaming casino to "try again later", but finding the funds have left my Neteller account.

I have suggested this time that the merchant server for the casino send back a receipt to Neteller to confirm the funds have arrived in the casino account, and only on receipt of this would the funds be removed from the Neteller account. Currently, Neteller sends an "NT" code, and the success of sending this seems enough to have the funds removed from the account. It seems the timeout happened after this, leading to the code arriving, but not the funds, so the transfer to the casino did not happen.
While it can be sorted by quoting the offending NT code to the casino, this can be a pain, as first it is necessary to phone Neteller, and then phone the casino. Depending on standards, this could involve being "on hold" in two queues. I would far rather just try again later without the hassle.
I do not know in which waste paper basket this suggestion will be filed, and whether the filing will be by Neteller or Microgaming.
Unfortunately not 3 time outs in 2 days. ( 1 MG casino 2 on other groups ) Mailed NETeller CS for nearly 24 hours ago for the NT code no answer jet. Great service.Last time I had to wait 36h for an answer time to change to another payment method I think.
Seems to me that about 1 :4 or5 transactions goes in the ditch. To me NETeller is no longer a reliable service. Shame.
