Just want to say that I finally received my deposit at Lake Palace casino.
It took several emails and basically I had lost hope but I received an email yesterday appointing a particular person who would look after any problems I have with Grand Prive.

I quickly emailed him and received an answer a short while later and my deposit was credited today.

Must say I am pleased with the outcome and will continue to play there.
