I play to cash out. The random Jackpot would be a bonus to any win and withdrawal I could make. If I can cashout 2 out of 5 sessions, I am satisfied...but lately it has been 0 out of 10 or more sessions before being able make enough to withdraw or even a worthwhile hit for win (doubling up deposit or better, don't use deposit bonuses).

Bonuse sessions have become almost non-existant and when one is hit, it seems as if the next level is blocked now... and the win is a mere 5-10x your bet. Thats pretty sad on 15 free spin feature IMO. I think Hype will be my new home for a while since the payouts are better and the win/loss ratio is very good for me.

    RTG

    Me personally

I dont play for the big win. I play for fun and hope to get a couple of hundred. i just cashed out for $300 on ibetyoubet. I never go over a $1 and refuse to lose more than $50 at one time. I havnt played all day because I lost $50 this morning. I may put in $20 later on tonight. Its either gonna be a good day or not. I never say to myself "maybe the next spin will do it" it never does. If it's gonna be loose, it's gonna be loose from jump street in my opinion

This goes for real casinos too. If i lose right away, Ill go to my room or go shopping for awhile

I can understand where most of you are coming from, and this next question will be controversial but will as any way. Current consensus for the most part is not to take a bonus, because of restrictions and max pay outs. But if you are looking for just a longer lasting fun time what is wrong with taking a big bonus with big play through and a 10x max cash out.

    Re

To me that is moot point, if Im already spending a ton, and getting nowhere, a bonus wont help.

    RTG Psychology

I play to win of course. Win what you might ask? Anything that comes my way. I don't play for the Random Jackpot normally but when they get up into the 15k range I set it for a $.20/spin bet and let it run. It is amazing how much you can win doing that. I hit the feature on Ronin four times last night at BoDog attempting their 25k Random Jackpot. For my $.20 that one spin lasted a very long time and I realized over $50.00. I eventually gave up and cashed out $300.00. My initial deposit was $100.00.

I never play with a bonus now. When I did I seldom cashed anything out. This way when I make a big hit and I do I just cash that out leaving seed money to continue playing.

Everyone is absolutely correct the RTG casinos have tightened up. Cleo is a good example. That one was always a good bet. Now I can't hit a feature in 100 spins. Very disappointing. I would love to see the odds now and the odds from two months ago published by each and ever casino for every game.

what is wrong with taking a big bonus with big play through and a 10x max cash out.
You aren't really serious about this question, are you?

Well, lets put it this way if you are...lets break it down...

Big bonus= rejection of cashout on wins for any minor or percieved misinterpretations of T&C's

Big play through = no play at all for if you can't win playing with your own funds, what makes you think you can even scratch the surface of the WR with a bonus to boot?

10x max cashout= no cashout at all, for if I hit a good run, which has become seldom to nil lately...I want to be able to cash out at any given time and not have to be ruled by the casinos whims.

Not one of these items makes any sense at all..why not just send the check to the casino and call it a donation, and let them do what they will with it when this is the T&C's for a bonus..for one never clears the WR at RTG's anymore.

why I dont take a bonus

Yes, your right I play for fun but....let's say I take the bonus and hit for $200 right away. You know darn well, Ill play it before I get to cash it out. This way, if I just play my own money and happen to hit the very first time, I can w/d some of it and play the rest

It took me forever to get that 32vegas bonus because I was mostly playing with their money. I had to play like 2 or 3 days to w/d. I dont like that

Don't get me wrong. I am not pushing for bonus or non bonus, just wondering more about the people who just want to get a few hours of enjoyment rather than a few minutes. Actually when I have played, I would only take a no max withdrawal bonus if I was playing a game with a jack pot. If it was a game like black jack I do not mind the max cash out, because my balance does not have a chance to jump a huge amount on just one hand, like can happen in slots or video poker and such, or deposit enough that it does not matter if you only get 10 times your deposit.

As opposed to playing at the casino without a bonus ... why not just send the check to the casino and call it a donation?

Bonuses are profitable for some, and at worst, prolong the inevitable for others.

Though 10x max cashouts do suck for games with high variance.

Well that would suit me as I NEVER expect to hit a random JP, and I would consider 10x my deposit as a VERY good result!

However as others have said, the problem here is that with RTG's new tighter slots it doesn't matter how big the bonus is - it's just prolonging the agony and making you watch even more spins of total crap.
You might as well play in 'fun mode' - not that it would be much fun if they play the same....
Come to think of it, you might as well nail your own head to a coffee table - that would be more exciting!
