which is the best online roulette (which pay you)?

We don't think there is any online roulette that at the end will pay you the winning bets.We tried with our Roul-eight strategy and it's almost impossible to get money from Online Casinos.
Any true experience?

Global Player has a French Wheel which is 1.35% house edge. If you win money, they will pay you same day with no problem. Is this what you mean?

If you want to test your strategy against their RNG, they have data posted for one of the tables going back several years.

Most microgaming casinos offer a "french roulette" where the house edge on even money bets is only 1.35%.

For comparison, that's still 2.5 times a worse house edge than a typical blackjack game.

However, the only "systems" that could possibly beat roulette are exploiting flaws in the random number generator (online), or exploiting unbalanced/misaligned wheels (land-based). I imagine both of these are excruciatingly hard to do, which means that most roulette "systems" are for suckers.

Speaking of RNG weirdness though, a while back I did 9000 $1 spins on black at a MG casino's french roulette. I lost $430, when the expected loss was about $122. The math nerds tell me that should only happen .12% of the time. So there is still a potential that there are ways to exploit RNGs.

Seems fairly obvious that the OP wants to shill his own "system".

for land based, the best system is move your chips to a winning number without the dealers seeing.

but seriously, i heard that a computer can compare the speed of the ball and wheel using sample images and predict a small section of the wheel in which the ball could land, say like to within 4 or 5 sections. the little bump things do help randomise where it lands, but i'm sure a computer can estimate the angle of contact/ricochet/blah blah... of course you'd need a fast computer and some way for you to take the images, send them, and receive the solution without being made by security. people claim they get to know the dealer's delivery speed/method and, watching what number passes under the dealer's hand as she releases the ball, can get a read on where the ball will land.

one more thing: i am unsure whether all outside/even-money bets get half the bet back on the french la partage rule, or only black/red?

That doesn't tell me there's a 'faulty' RNG - that screams out 'Rigged Software'!

Were you playing with real money, or in 'fun mode'?

To the OP's question; The only software I would trust 100% to give a fair game is Crypto...

Oh, real money. I was trying to clear a bonus. And the only reason I'm sanguine about it being unrigged is that I then did another 5000 spins, and won maybe $20 bucks, and at least a few people have anecdotally had more reasonable results, too.

Maybe find a bugreport email address for microgaming.
