Simmo, you can edit your list to encompass all states re: Palace Group/Fairground Holdings. Tim posted over at CAP this morning. It will be effective immediately upon the bill being signed. This one hurts, ouch. Until the list is updated, this includes: Spin Palace, Ruby Fortune, Mummy's Gold, Jackpots in A Flash and Pigg's (I think?).
Attn: New Members! Make sure to check out the "Casinomeister Accredited Casinos" and the "Spot The Rogue" section of the main site here before jumping into "Online Casinos" with no information or knowledge behind you!

    Re

I thought Jackpots in a flash was only for certain states. I just deposited there a couple days ago. Also only have about 30 points to go to redeem my rewards

It was. Then today they announced that their parent company Fairground Gaming, which unsurprisingly is a public listed company, has told them to pull out of the USA altogether. This affects JAIF, Piggs, Spin Palace, Ruby Fortune & Mummy's Gold.

I'm guessing the minute Bush signs, accounts will be locked. They wouldn't lock the accounts before announcing to players as they would need to give them a chance to withdraw any monies I guess. So I'd expect a player announcement in your email very soon.

Incidentally, it appears we have a company taking a sensible approach in Leisure & Gaming (English Harbour, VIP, Nine.com and several others etc). recognising that PLC's need to ease the fears of their largely ignorant shareholders, rather than drop US players, they are taking a different view. This is lifted from a post by an affiliate representative of one of the programs:

The main priority is to secure the US faced businesses.
The statement issued by Leisure and Gaming early this morning really implies that the US business will soon be removed from the PLC and operating independently of one another.

This will allow for VIP Profits, Casino Coins, 9am and all thier merchants to operate as usual and thus outside of Leisure And Gaming.
If that comes off, very sensible and rational move IMO. Shame more companies didn't/can't take this approach.

    Cowards.

And now my favorite casinos won't have me. You'd think the U.S.A. owns the whole damn world.

I'm really getting pissed off now.
Alice: But I don't want to go among mad people.
The Cat: Oh, you can't help that. We're all mad here. I'm mad. You're mad.
