I receieved both my sign up bonus and monthly bonus in under 15 minutes after I sent the emails. The difference may relate to me playing at off hours when there are fewer support requests.

Well I closed my account at casino share. I end up playing with my own money. I made $125 profit and emailed support and ask them to process it and close my account. They have no 1-800 # nor live chat support. I asked for the bonus to be credited over 15 hrs ago. They supposed to do it promptly. They are not worth my troubles.

I've found casinoshare to be pretty fair in bonus slots payouts, but, as you said the support SUCKS

I applied for the sign-up bonus the weekend before last & had to wait over 12hours, (was stated bonus would be credited within 4 hours) finally got it...Was told they were moving offices, hence the reason for the long delay...That's when I found out thet had no phone support or live chat.

The weekend just gone I applied for the monthly 100% bonus & yep you guessed it...A 15 hour wait till my bonus was credited....There excuse this time was they'd been inundated with players...Actually they'd just released a $10 free bonus. Hence depositing players had to stand in line whilst freebie hunters got their accounts credited...

Sent their contact here a PM Saturday night, still no reply from him...Though considering the tone of my PM I'm not surprised, he probably doesn't want to hook horns with me

I don't know about cashout times - not an issue as far as I'm concerned - but I'm sure most are fairly quick.

I think 49er (RTG) are still taking US players - good bonuses & very quick cash-out.
