    I sort of agree and disagree. The idea of democracy is to do what the people want and an unbiased poll would be more beneficial to everyone. That said, even if 75% of all unbiased people opposed the Bill, the press would still headline "Only 25% of Americans Have Morals" or "Gambling Epidemic Sweeps America" or some such BS!!
