    Props to CasinoShare - top-notch customer service

    (Disclaimer: I'm *not* an affiliate or anything, just your average casino player who had a good experience)

    Deposited there a couple of days ago, claimed the big welcome bonus, played through the WR in a couple of hours playing mostly multi-hand blackjack and baccarat, was up nicely when the WR were met, asked for a withdrawal the next day.

    I guess there was a glitch in their Neteller setup because the withdrawal did show up in my account but it was showing as "Declined" for some reason. Exchanged a couple of emails with their CS Dept. - they were apologetic and very responsive throughout - they even gave me a free $25 bonus for the annoyance, which I promptly wasted in some slot machine. Neteller problem was fixed a couple hours later and I got the money.

    Just love the fact that they could be reached promptly and that they fixed everything the same day. Kudos CasinoShare!

    You story is quite similar to mine. The withdrawal was processed after 24 hours which is very fast for a MG casino. But it was declined by neteller, but the casino resubmitted the transaction a few hours later.

    I had only cleared half of the EzBonus when I decided it was time for a withdrawal and the casino had no problems with that. But they should not since it is declared it is allowed in the T&C.

    I had a similar impression, as I posted elsewhere:

    The Good
    -Neteller cash out received in 12 hours. I did not have a "declined" issue.
    -Support email replied back in minutes, not hours
    -Higher than normal BJ limits. $5000 chips available for ACBJ.
    -Director of Gaming posted on this forum a few days ago.

    The Bad
    -Slow downloads
    -Lost connection at one point
    -Broken links, including withdrawl policy
    -Streakier than usual FR (may be connected to slow downloads)
