    Name That Promotion (InterCasino)

When I log on to InterCasino it shows me the image below, but I don't recognize it as a promotion listed anywhere on their web site. It also says something about $90 free a month, $1,000 free a year. It makes it sound like I won some sort of free bonus money when I was playing the other night - did I?

Isn't it their monthly deposit bonus up to 100$?
You have to put in a bonus code to redeem it...

Their monthly match is up to $100, but that's what I was using the other night (I did the bonus code thing before depositing), so that can't be what this is referring to, and that's why I am confused as to what it really is.

It's just one of their ads ... they flash it up there even if you already redeemed the month's bonus code.

And it sounds like they simply didn't update the amount from $90 to $100 (like the offer currently is) .... over $1000 a year is their way of selling a monthly free $90 (or $100) for 12 months.
I don't abuse bonuses, I just shake the sh!t out of 'em!

    That makes sense. (Damn!)

When I was playing I did get my bankroll up to about $450 but that was before being halfway through the $2500 WR. By the time I completed WR I had $35 left. Needless to say, I didn't cash out. I think the server knows when you are close and tightens up accordingly. [just kidding]

That's the old ad from last year, before they upped the monthly from $90 to $100.

I guess they were flooded with complaints about that fricking irritating flashing yellow triangle one, and some tech just stuck in the first banner he saw!

I am interested in how much of a bonus you got to have to wager this much, and how fast you got it up to this amount, and would it have been achieved WITHOUT the bonus in your opinion?

Just curious, for $450 is not chump change, I think that's a pretty decent amount of money IMO, and it would let me play for quite a long time after cashing out.

I deposited $100 and got a $100 match. The WR is 25x the bonus amount, so $2500 to wager with a $200 starting bankroll.

I was playing Silver Surfer at $2.25 a spin and then upped it to $9, and just before going bust I hit the feature for a $291 win. Then I went to Thor and got the feature on a $2.25 spin, but nothing big there. I then went to 10-hand Bonus Video Poker (the kind that intentionally recycles discards) on Double Bonus Poker at $5 and then $12.50 a hand and got it up to $450-ish, but this was only about $1100 through the WR. I tried some Blackjack at $25 a hand but after 5 consecutive losses (including 2 dealer blackjacks in a row) I quickly realized the futility of that and moved on.

Anyway... do I think I would have had the same luck without the bonus? That's hard to say, but probably not. I wouldn't normally spend $9 or $12.50 or $25 a round at any game if I didn't have a wagering requirement. Although I have been known to bet $50 a hand at Microgaming 100-play Video Poker when playing without a bonus.
