In reference to the thing about the dealer drawing cards to his hand when you have blackjack......

I made that post a while back. He did just that at nordic bet casino and hit 21 and I ended up with a push ?! Noone really seemed interested. It must only happen once in a blue-moon but still. I was done out of a fair bit of cash there.

I think some of the rogues do that. Why the hell not? They have no intention of paying anyone anyway.

One of the reasons that the screenshot is rare is because most BJ games don't allow you to resplit aces. The only BJ games I am aware of where the screenshot would be possible are Wagerworks European BJ, most Grand Virtual Games BJ games, and some unique variations (Superfun 21, Spanish BJ, etc.)

I have already posted it in the WS, but it should belong here.

8 Aces from the first 10 cards.

You're both 10x more knowledgable than me about blackjack, but I would have doubled every split ace if I could... would that be stupid?

If you could double on a 1-card hand composed of only an ace, it would be a good option. However, after a split (any split, not just aces), you are dealt a second card to make a 2-card hand. You don't have a chance to double until after this second card is dealt. Under most casino rules, you do not have the opportunity to double on the 2-card hands formed after an ace split. If you are able to double, optimal strategy varies depending on the value of the 2-card hand and dealer upcard.
