Question Grand Bay Casino Pros/Cons ?

I searched the forum high and low and can't seem to find whether Grand Bay casino is one to stay away from or if it is ok to dabble at. I had such a great time with my free bonus money (blew it all of course) that I was wondering if anyone has had any problems or such before I make the leap of depositing for real. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks!

    Thumbs up

Pros: Grand Bay casino is a safe and good place to play Silcnlayc. I haved played there for the last three or so years and have never had a problem with a cashin. Usually back in my Neteller account in two days after cashin. Won some decent jackpots there.

Cons: Sometimes slow response to e-mails

Hahaha, I was curious about "Casino Grand Bay" myself. Here's a couple of links that may/may not be useful.

...that title will ALWAYS be memorable.

    ...albeit brief.

My experiences with this group have been fine, although historically, not up to par with the better groups (which is completely subjective). I've always been paid, and although I haven't played there in quite some time, like you, I've received that $100 FREE invitation, which I'm currently playing with. If and when you can get through to their support (in South Africa), they're quite helpful. But like others, in this day-and-age, why can't they upgrade and offer live-assistance via instant chat?

A couple of days ago I received an envelope by snail mail with a very impressive gold embossed booklet and a CD from Grand Bay. It said they were offering me an exclusive welcome offer with no purchase required, no tricks, no fine print .... and a welcome to the Sunsetters Club. It said to see the enclosed postcard for more details. However, there was no postcard in the envelope! I am going to e-mail the casino and see what it's all about. I am excited about it (though it doesn't take much to excite me at my age!!!).

I could tell you some tales... LOL But I won't. Let's just say, I got the 'exclusive' invitation also. But am 'not eligible for this promotion'. They still have me black listed I suppose. So why send it to me? They removed me from their email lists. remove me from the snail mail, too. Sheesh.

If you do not play bonuses very much, you will probably be ok playing at this group.

do a search for Grand Prive, Jupiter and/or Bella Vegas ...
Alice: But I don't want to go among mad people.
The Cat: Oh, you can't help that. We're all mad here. I'm mad. You're mad.

what did the postcard say? I can't get ahold of anybody on the phone. I have been on hold for about 15 minutes. Thanks!

I have never had a problem with them. I have never cashed out so I can't comment on that aspect of the casino. I would say I purchased around $3000 at Casino Grand Bay last year and received 3 snail mail free money bonus coupons. The amounts were $100 $250 and a nice Christmas bonus for $500. Each mailing had the promo # on the booklet so I don't know anything about a postcard. I do take a lot of bonuses from them and they are usually for 100% match. I have no complaints about customer service. They answer the phone and e-mail requests promptly (in my experience at least). Hope that helps!

    Mousey,

Go to the thread on Bigdollar Casino and see if Silcnlayc's advice can help you get your bonus by pressing the right icon.

    Neer had a withdrawal problem.
Their CS can be a little slow but answers do come in a couple of days.

WOW!!! I too am a VIP!! Got the envelope, downloaded and inserted my invitation # and got an email thankiing me for my taking advantage of their 'purchase bonus'. I tried calling...always busy so I emailed and emailed and the only response I got was "we have to check into it". I played in practice mode and lost the play $1000 in about an hour. I do LOVE that they have taken the Playtech looking connect to play or real money choice without the normal MG hassel of having 2 different numbers. I just emailed them again so we'll see. It's been 2 days now. The invitation does not show the T&C's, anything quirky in them?
