I feel I am neglected at Casinos

Well... Aug xxth was my birthday and lo and behold
on my waking up checking my e-mail, I received
"congratulations" mails from many casinos and
while a casino gave me 50 USD for the birthday bonus
where I only one time played and lost only deposit of
USD 50, one of the "acreditted cainos" here of which
I am the "Platinum member"

didn't even bother
to give me a word of congratulation!!

I handed them over 10,000 USD as a bonus

but
they don't notice even my birthday.

What great Casino Actions!

This has nothing to do with accreditation nor reputation. Some of the 'normal' casinos thank you for your patronage by giving you a birthday bonus while others do it differently. There were casinos where I played at frequently several years ago but they didnt even notice my birthday. When I stopped playing, a couple of them suddenly gave me a b-day bonus as if trying to get me back. I would think they are more of marketing tactics than anything else. My bet is that if you stopped playing at the casino you mentioned, you will get a big $100 b-day bonus next August.

It's just that I get a little disappointed when I see ten or more "CONGRATULATIONS FROM X CASINO", emails in my box and all of them just seems like all of them just want to remind me that I have an account there.

By the way, I got tons of birthday bonuses. I think I only managed to cash out on of them though, so it was a very expensive birthday for me.
