Rob, can you find out if there is a rule about getting the sign up bonus from only 1 of the 4 casinos and let us know???

Also, it sounds to me like the payout % on these slots is way too low. If so, they will lose their customers very quickly and should do whatever is necessary to improve it to at least 95% or even slot junkies like us will leave due to mass boredom.

I wonder if Zoozie could do an analysis of this slot. That would be interesting.

The email stated that to receive a no-deposit bonus of $100 you had to steal the painting. I managed to do that and after an email to support found out you can't get the bonus unless you finish the whole game.
I did the 400+ spins to get to the art picking round, only to get the wrong painting. I have no idea if you can go back and try to pick a different one but I wasn't about to try since it ate so much of my bankroll already.

Anyways I advanced somewhat more quickly after that until the final round where you only get 100 spins to hit some unlikely combination, otherwise you just wasted all that time and money for nothing (even if you do finish out I doubt the payout is more than a few dollars).

Now I see how they can offer a 300% bonus plus another $100 for stealing the painting of the day.

The thing that would keep people playing is the anticipation of moving to the next round, but it's way too hard and the wins along the way are too stingy.

I did like their 3-reel slots but now I suspect those are or will be tightening up as well.

Absolutely. If you throw out one tight slot like this than the impression is that the whole place is tight. You should have made it looser and gained customer interest. How could anyone play this without a bonus?

Unless there's some amazing payoff for successful completion, the Art Heist game looks even worse than the other two I-slots. The bonus rounds between levels are pitiful. The max payoff in the "Painting Selection" round seems to be 10x the initiating bet.

Then later is the "Pick Your Tools" bonus round, in which the player must choose a tool by eliminating pairs from a grid. This bonus game theoretically tests the player's memory, but there's no payoff regardless of the outcome.

I failed to get past the "Find the Forgeries" bonus round, which requires finding three forgeries before revealing an "authenique." On the first try I only revealed one forgery before losing. The display informed me that I would receive no consolation prize because life is tough for art thieves.

Later I managed to reveal two forgeries before losing. The display informed me that I would receive no consolation prize because life is tough for art thieves.

Three times I hit the Robin Hood bonus feature, which promises up to 375,000 coins as I recall. I hit slightly less -- 100 coins each time, on a 75-coin initiating bet.

Possibly there's huge payoff potential hidden somewhere within the I-slot games, but I haven't found it.

Being eliminated in the forgeries round is a BIG disappointment, especially after having stolen the correct painting of the day, plus all the time invested.

One other thing I noticed is that the Robin Hood bonus must only be for max coins bet, because I never had to suffer through it with a 4-coin bet.

Dewberry is very cool!Dewberry is very cool!
It also seems to me that the size of the payouts decrease as you go further in the game.

I agree with soflat, there's no way I'd play this game without a bonus.

As for Robin Hood, I saw him only once, but don't remember if I was playing max bet.

I hit the Robin Hood bonus round once every $150+ investment @ $3.75 a spin (max bet) and won anywhere between 100 ($5.00) coins (nickles) to 200 coins ($10.00). Truly bad paybacks on every "BONUS" game they offer it seems when a "BONUS" round should be something to look forward to, not cringe when you get it...

The software is nice, it flows good, the payouts SUCK, they could give out all the bonuses in the world and it would not matter. I sent in an email asking my account be closed, it stated they would get back to me within 12 hours, well 2.5 days later no support response, great job!!

Personally I think it's just smoke and mirrors with these i-Slots. Lots of eye candy, but, get down to brass tacks (the guts of it) and the payouts are shocking.

I've tried them a couple of times, and both times they've bled me dry. Walking away thinking I'd have more enjoyment flushing my bucks down to toilet S bend

I agree the bonus rounds are pathetic, would be more fitting to call them sucker rounds if you really wanted to be harsh.

This on top of the latest screw up with their loyalty points is not a good sign imo. Least they fixed that up. Though, read today that they are back crediting more loyalty points due to another glitch.

Call me a glutton for punishment, for I played again last night to see if I "missed" anything and give them the benefit of doubt.

Well, I made it to the final round and lost...and got NOTHING! OMG...what a dissapointment! Isn't a "BONUS" round supposed to pay something? Anything?? Not a big screen saying you have to START ALL OVER cause you missed it??? Isn't this the reason you "go for it" and invest your funds?

Bonus means: bonus (n.) Something given or paid in addition to what is usual or expected. Well, they need to change thier "BONUS" to something other than that since nothing is being paid in addition to!

Its the free spins on the Reel Crime game that pissed me off, 2 sticks of dynamite but the free spins never win anything, you can win a bit on most of your spins but not when there is a multiplier. We will see how this plays out, I like the software but will not play anymore due to the very weak payouts, hopefully they will address this or they just wont last.
