I know you said you couldn't remember the exact number, but that needs correction cos it's miles off. I'm not 100% sure but from memory NV gaming laws set a minimum payout of 75%, if that's not exactly right it's very close. If you play slots on the strip etc you'll generally find high payouts in the 95%+ range, because they're competing with the casino next door and oftentimes advertising their payout as a means of attracting customers. If you play in an isolated market, like at a gas station or airport the payout is terrible and close if not bang on the minimum legally allowed (so read a book instead next time you're killing time waiting for your flight to board).Originally Posted by Zoozie
I'm all for regulation of online casinos and I'd have no problem with a min payout % if there was someway of enforcing one. But in real terms I don't think it'd make any difference, if it was set to similar levels applied by land-based gaming regulators all major online casinos would be well over that minimum level already.
