I am not upset that it came in at 16 mins. Many or not casino runs thing as this fast. But I would still like to know why people say instant. To me instant is like less then a minute. It still great that they pay fast but dont get people mix up by saying instant or you'll be like me and press the reload button every 30 seconds or think you didnt cashout correctly. By not cashing out correctly I read that some people didnt know how to cashout from bet365.

Bet365 offers also sportsbook service, the interface is a little bit different from what I used to, that's why I am confused by depositing and cashing out. It's the only negative point at this casino for me.

Thanks lydia for your posts. I have also praised Bet 365 in the past and I will sound boring to repeat myself, but I am very satisfied when I read such posts from other players as well.
About the compilcated interface, its a common problem to all big sportsbook companies irrespectively from the software used (e.g. Ladbrokes, Williams Hill). Its because they offer several services with the same wallet/account of a player.
But if you get used to that its ok afterwards.
