    Exclamation Mansion Bonus Offer Problems

    Just a warning out there for anyone looking to use the Mansion casino bonus offer. Their website states:

    "For example, If you deposit USD 200, we will place a FREE USD 100 as instant playable bonus credits into your MANSION account. Wager USD 3,600 on any casino games Please note - Blackjack does not count towards the cash out requirement and you can withdraw the awarded bonus as cash. "

    This is not strictly true. They only match 50% up to 50 Pounds Sterling. Their website terms are very clearly in USD, but they do not match 50% up to $100.

    It ends up being about $8 difference if you do deposit $200 for the $100 bonus, but it is deceptive.

    Support could not immediately help by simply crediting the account difference, or through any other means. They apparently have to talk to the higer ups. I'll report back once it gets resolved.

    In the mean time, I would suggest depositing slightly less, or simply avoiding the site altogether for now.

    Good to see that you've changed your bonus structure and that you respond to problems. But hasn't changed my personal opinion because I still believe the way you handled the last promotion was wrong and you never came back to address this after your only appearance.
