    Thumbs up Club USA Casino...

    I opened an account at Club USA casino yesterday.

    I took advantage of a 100% slots only bonus being offered... deposited $50 (so I had $100 to play with) using INSTADEBIT... "got lucky"... and cashed out $175... I was aware that the bonus was "sticky"... so I actually was cashing out for $125.

    I received an e-mail from the casino cashier about 8 hours later... stating that I could not use INSTADEBIT as my method of withdrawal... as the casino was unable to process a withdrawal through INSTADEBIT.

    I wrote back questioning this, and suggested that they contact INSTADEBIT to find out why they couldn't process my withdrawal through the same means I had used to deposit, as all the other casinos and sportsbooks I use that offer INSTADEBIT also process my withdrawals thought it.

    Well... I was shocked at the speedy response I got from "Michael" at Club USA casino... he responded within 5 minutes...and said he would look into the problem with processing a withdrawal through INSTADEBIT.

    I assumed this would take days or weeks...

    Well... I sure was pleasantly surprised... within FIVE MINUTES... he wrote back and said it was just an oversight and I could indeed receive my withdrawal through INSTADEBIT. What happened next was REALLY a surprise...

    It was processed and sent (and confirmed) to my INSTADEBIT account ONE MINUTE from when I received his e-mail notifying me of him doing it.

    Now THAT... is GREAT customer service.

    I think Club World Casinos will become one of the few RTG casinos that people can play at with confidence, if my experience with them is indicative of how they will run their casinos.

    I am in 100% agreement! My first experience with Club USA was with Jason. From the moment that I first corresponded with him, I felt special. My first interaction with thier support was also with Michael. He addressed me by a user nickname that was not associated with my casino account at all. I was FLOORED! He told me how everyone knew who I was over there! Talk about majorly blushing by then!

    I made a couple withdrawals, the 1st credited to my Neteller account within an hour and the 2nd within 30 mins! I have never experienced such a prompt payment for RTG.

    Kudos BIG TIME to Club USA!

    Wise move. Escpecially, when Chartwell made their own mistakes.

    My experience seems to be slower withdrawals here - it's been 4 days (2 working days - over the weekend) so far but not received my first withdrawal yet.

    Because of this pending withdrawal, I was unable to use the July bonus offers I was emailed about. A bit annoying.

    did you recieve your withdrawl ok? i am surprised to here this. i made another deposit via neteller, and recieved winnings back to neteller within 5 mins i also tried to use the july 100reload coupon, and it said i had already used it cos its the same code as the sign up . nevermind im still happy with this casino, just suprised you waited so long for your cash

    Yes, I should have updated - I was paid this morning, so 4 1/2 days. I suspect it will be quicker than this though in future, since it was my first withdrawal.
