the finer points of bonus T&Cs
now with the help of all you guys and this site, I thought I'd finally got my head around bonus T&Cs.
but one point still worries me, if I bust out with my original deposit and bonus and my balance goes to zero that should be the end of having to meet WR right? if I make further deposits and win from here am I not free to cash out anytime I want? I ask because two casinos have failed to honour my cashouts saying I still had to meet WR and told me to reverse the cashout! today I questioned this and pointed out my balance had hit zero from the bonus money, they say not according to their database, when I provided a session number and transaction number showing zero balance, online chat went very quite. so please someone can you confirm my understanding of the rules, once balance is zero further deposits should not have WR, should they? |

It depends on which casino you are playing at. I believe cryptos and the English Harbour group carry over the wagering requirement. However, I'm pretty sure that playtechs and microgamings don't. But, to be sure you should check with the support of the specific casino you are playing at.

Some bossmedia casinos has same problem (supervegas,etc.) .After chatting, they correct mistakes and send payments but it takes long time.

Had this with luckynugget (I think) they wanted me to finish off the sign up bonus, can't remember what it was, but it was quite high. Had a friendly chat, and they(after a long time) spoke to the promotion's department who allowed them to get rid of my requirements. So give it a try!

BelleRock CS may actually be innocent in this (makes a change
). There has been a long standing problem with the MG database that CS uses to work out whether to apply the "bust out" rule. The database will easily provide the amount wagered, but seems less willing to volunteer to CS the fact that a zero balance has been reached.The best thing to do is to get to exact zero, log off, log on and off again to mark a whole session as zero balance with no activity. Log on a third time to deposit and play. Even this is not reliable, but it makes it easier for CS to see the zero balance between sessions. As more MG casinos use the new bonus system these problems should come to an end, although the changeover might be an issue with bonuses granted before the change if they have not been cleared.
