Fortune Lounge -- underrated?

I feel the need to give a shout out to the Fortune Lounge Group. I requested an ACH withdrawal last Thu, and it is in my bank this morning, despite the holiday weekend.

They always flush my withdrawal and process them promptly, and they are usually happy to provide a bonus when they can with pretty reasonable play through requirements.

I don't read much about them and I think it is because they are just quietly doing a really good job.

My only complaint (and it is a small one) is they are a little slow to respond to support e-mails, sometime four hours or so -- I admit I am spoiled by 32Red by the under 10 min response times.

They take Entropay (important for me as I live in Maryland and can't use Neteller), mail checks in 7 days and ACH in three (apparently.) My money usually goes a long way and I can play a while on a small deposit. I've hit reasonably big there (over a grand) a couple of times.

They are ok. I never play there because they don't offer any incentives.

I don't play there either, but am very glad to see you having a positive experience Moonchica. I think it's just as important to hear the good along with the bad.

Perhaps the only minus is their happy knack of locking up accounts without giving reasons. Both I and my wife suffered the same fate.

As I said on the King Neptune's thread I respect them for listening (finally) and removing the instant forfeiting of winnings if players make a mistake wagering bonuses. They do still have a "two strikes and you're out" policy, I think, but that's a vast improvement.

Numerous cash outs have yielded not a single issue with Fortune Lounge. I like that you can move $$ between casinos with this group...good CS, too IMHO

I personally really only play at Fortune Lounge Casinos unless I get tired of their games for a little and head over to BoDog. I've never had a problem with their customer service, and are always quick to flush withdraw requests. I have the money in my firepay account within 24 hours of the request being flushed.

Until something happens, I'm sticking around Fortune Lounge for a while!

I have played there, and they are OK, nothing special though. Their big problem has been their spamming affiliates, which lost them accredited status. They have closed Havana Club to new players, and they DO have reasonable bonus offers for new accounts, but read the T & C at least twice, and beware of the one chance and you are out clause on the cash-in.
If you make any of the VIP levels, and this can be done by doing the sign-up offers all at once (but not TOO quick, and don't be too keen to withdraw ASAP), there will then be a bonus for the first 3 weeks of the month, plus many lucky draw offers and wager tournaments. I ignore the wager tournaments despite the big prizes as there is no scoreboard, and the winner may well be one of the bigger wagerers. I am playing more there now as I have joined GoneGambling which they sponsor (along with others), and this can increase the amount of bonus money on offer.

I quit playing at FL a few years ago and I belonged to all thier sites. A few cashins being delayed up to 10 days broke me real quick in playing there except for fun sometimes.

I like my money, and I like it quick as Casino Extreme offers. Cashed out last night and had my money in my Neteller in less than 5 minutes. Thats the kind of service all casinos should offer and if they don't, I don't play there.

Anything more than 24 hour turnaround on any funds withdrawn is unacceptable in my book. I avoid almost all casinos nowadays that hold up funds longer than this.

If most players stick to this kind of rule, a lot of casinos would change thier way of operating for they wouldn't have any players left and it would be a benefit to the players for a change IMHO..
