Question Which slot game's bonus round do you anticipate the most?

    ***

    Hello fellow forum members.

To be clear on the title of this thread, it's not the 1st definition of "anticipate", rather the 2nd meaning (in most dictionaries). If you anticipate something pleasant or exciting that is going to happen, you look forward to it with great pleasure.

Moving along, I'd often thought which game's bonus feature I've anticipated the most. The idea hit me, after looking at "MrVan's" screenshot from May 23rd, where he managed to get 5 "scattered idols". The shot gave me goosebumps. Here's a short list of the games which bonus rounds I anticipate the most.

    #1
    AZTEC TREASURE

When the bell goes off (and it's REALLY loud), there's nothing better. An example as to how loud it is, I can be taking a shower with the bathroom fan on, have my speakers on low, and still hear it clearly! It probably helps that when I did manage to get the "FREE SPIN" feature, that I generally did very well, routinely stretching-out my "FREE-SPIN" round by landing plenty of "scattered idols". I've had some great hits as well, lining-up AZTEC KING's 3-up/3-down on lines 3-4-5. Awesome game, when the "win" switch is on... ahem...

But again, as far as a high build-up of excitement prior to the bonus round hitting, this game is tops in my book.

One of my favorite "Winner Screenshots", courtesy of "MrVan".

    TOMB RAIDER

It has everything to do with the sharp sound of the Laura Croft symbols dropping. Nothing more to add, but out of all the MG slots, this game keeps me on the edge of my seat the most.

    #3
    Spring Break

I actually prefer THUNDERSTRUCK, but I rarely get the "FREE SPIN" feature on Spring Break, so I anticipate it more. It's a great game, a bit dated, but

    #4
    X-MEN

Out of all of these games, I've rarely hit the "Bonus Feature" (on all the Cryptologic MARVEL slots), so it's more meaningful. I wouldn't recommend this game based on how quickly it murders one's bankroll, but it's so bloody hard getting everything to line-up right... it's high anticipation by default.

    #5
    Dr. Lovemore

If more than anything, it's about getting away from the constant sound of the Dr. "moaning" on the conclusion of each spin. An underrated game for sure, the bonus round lasts 20 FREE SPINS (which is great, and the total that I know of). When I have played this game, the swings don't seem to be so bad.

So, which slots bonus features do you anticipate the most? I look forward to your feedback.

Okay maybe I'm a bit biased writing this the day after I hit 5 scatters on it, but ISIS is waaaay the best. 20 spins at 6x multiplier. Can't beat it - i dream of purple sparrows....or eagles...whatever

    Hi Steed!
Well we agree on one of them; Tomb Raider!
I shout "Come on... come on... COME ON!!!!!" at the screen on this one more than any other!
Don't know why really, because more often than not the feature is rather disappointing...

But I think 'top of the pops' for me now is Harvey's!
With the champagne bottles popping and that mystery multiplier of up to x25 - nothing beats the excitement of Harvey's bonus round.

If only they would undo that really annoying downgrade they did to the bonus feature on this (credits appearing BEFORE the multiplier), it would be the perfect slot!

    Are you listening MICROGAMING????

    Good Idea johnsteed!

Nr 1 for me Ronin (RTG) - the feature is a) exciting, because there are three different outcomes and b) usually (or me) gives a lot of money.

Nr. 2 very new - but: Realm of Riches

    Nr. 3. T-struck

Nr. 4 Good to Go/Secret Admirer

Nr. 5´Avalon - Its mainly , because you need the feature here to survive....Without freespins it cleans your pockets.

Would prefer it if the bonus symbols were randomly spread and not just on Reels 2 and 4 though myself. Same principle with the scatters too.

    Thumbs up Bonus rounds

For me it has always been the three dollar signs on FAT CAT (Intercasino) that get me into the bonus round where I have hit a moneybag for as little as 90 cents (playing 90 cents) or as much as $9,000 (playing $9 to $45 a spin! But this week my new friend is Intercasino's Millionaire's Club, because I am definately low-rolling it these days and I REALLY want that money on my 90 cents spin (yeah, right) so I want to see that bonus round come up as often as possible.

    Hmmmmm... good question!

    1. Harvey's. Almost always get a good return, love the 25x multiplier (would love to see it more!).

    2. Isis. 20 spins at 6x multiplier - not too often that you don't hit at least one good spin.

    3. Tomb Raider. This has been a favorite of mine since it came out. Even though the return isn't the greatest and the lowest coin is nickles, I've always enjoyed the graphics. Have had a few good hits on it, too.

    4. Avalon/kathmandu. In my opinion, these slots are exactly the same other than the difference in lines. I hate spin offs! But, I enjoy these games, Avalon especially. If you're lucky enough to get the free spins you can get some awesome returns for a fairly small wager.

I like too many of them to have favorites, I just have an order of games I play when I make a deposit.

    1. Isis
    2. Loaded
    3. Thunder
    4. Harveys

I don't bother with any other software anymore, after microgaming it all sucks. I do recall playing fat cat some time ago playing 90 cents a spin and the bonus blessed me with a bag with $900 in it, to this day I still think that was an error.

If anyone plays at Sunset Casino, I think thier Kangaroo slots are the best with 3 different bonus/feature rounds that you can actually hit multiple times which include free spins up to 100 (only made it to 25 so far a few times).

The bonus round feature payout on the 1) dolphins is multiplied by how many lines it is actually lands on (got it to 4 times) and made it to the end for $150 and 2) kangaroo feature is also multiplied on how many lines it hits on, best on this was 3 for me for a total of $100.

5 in a row also pays extrememly well for the investment. A $2.50 spin bet on 5 penguins is $250.00! Excellent compared to the other casino paybacks.

The best was the free spins which was retriggered a LOT which is the reason I vote this slot #1 in my book . I cash out on this game 4 out of 5 times always. A great way to build up my stash here.!

Thunderstruck and the rest in that group to me are money eaters without the fun, a steady spinning and sucking the money up until you hit it , and by then you are almost broke and hoping to get back what you invested. Not for me except in fun mode.

I like the continuous mid to high hits with Kangaroo. Keeps me in the funds to try new games. Whenever I get low on funds...I go see the kangaroo
Today is the Tomorrow, you thought about Yesterday...so live as IT IS your last tomorrow!
