Perhaps Jackpot Factory could introduce a "please flush my withdrawal" button on the home page, which will send a standard flush mail through to support tagged with the account number.
I am surprised the decision was customer led, certainly wasn't us was it![]()
It sucks, but I suppose they thought they were doing the right thing if customers were complaining about their money being stuck in their Neteller, or perhaps they wanted to play in the 8 hours or so it takes to move between flush and Neteller.
It may be , of course, that the complainants use a slower withdrawal method, and have to wait days before they can play again.
They do at least flush on request, but you have to contact them, and sometimes there can be a delay when they are running promotions that I am going to win again(Brag, Boast, Famous last words, Ego the size of Texas, etc etc.....).
