Naturally, if Grand Privvy fail to pay out, or continue to be a source of problems...

Did I miss something? What problems? I've played here a lot and, touchwood, not had a cashout issue other than being given an unwanted bonus on one occasion.

I also got the VIP freebie - and can now provide some redress to the opening screenshots I posted in my "nightmare screenshots" thread: two redeposits necessitated by pulling 88 with insufficient funds, then pulling another 8. That on the back of a spectacular run playing BJ at Spin Palace earlier today, and I'm currently in the mood to forgive Microgaming everything, up to an including Golden Palace.

I didn't think of looking in the banking section, lo and behold you can actually see how much you can withdraw. Much to my delight I'm in the money!

I received the same Xmas gift, and read thru the T & C, without finding much clarity. It does not say anything about this gift going into a bonus account, but I guess (?) that's what happens... now Scampo, when you say you are in the money, is the "money" actually $667.87? The $79.11 where it says "Current Playthrough Achieved" is that only if you want to continue playing the bonus in hopes of increasing your cash out? What's with the "bonus money" of $140? which will be deducted if you cash out? Is that something available if you lose your $667.87 still available to you in this case? And if that was the scenario, does it go into your real account or something only cashable if you meet the $4200 play thru??>> Sorry, I have never played with this kind of bonus account so I am totally clued out on this. I would never deposit for a bonus that required a 30X play thru, but the $300 is a "gift" no deposit required, so I am not complaining about the wagering requirements. I just don't understand how, if this is a "bonus account", works from your banking screen shot- the lower info is kinda confusing re. your play thru. Help!

I have received a nice gift of 300 credits no deposit from Bella Vegas but I can't get my head round the t&c - here's an extract. Am I right in thinking this is a 30x sticky bonus with all games allowed? thanks for any comments..

"Prior to cashin a balance equal to, or greater than, the bonus amount must be in your account. This means that if you receive a $777 bonus, you cannot cashin before you've met the wagering requirements, and will have a balance of $777 left in your account after you cashin."

So what happens to the left over cash? Can I bet it on roulette? I mailed support a day ago but no reply (probably as it makes no sense to them either)

Claimed the bonus and received it.played alot of the new dinosaur slot and video poker. Went to the withdrawal page and it said I had 1240 available in the cash account and $10 left in the bonus account.the way I read the t & c's it said my cash balance could be withdrawan at any time with the bonus account going to zero.Made the withdrawal so lets see if I get paid.

I was referring to all the problems posted about players having continuing problems with banking, particularly Neteller, and the casinos passing the buck. If it was a Neteller or MG issue it would not have been just affecting their sites, but a number of others as well. Also reports that players who took part in bonuses suddenly "lost" Neteller on next log in did not do them any good. If they have taken ownership of this and solved it, I have not seen any positive post about this, just a lack of further negative ones of late.
I got the impression that they made life difficult if you won too much, just like gambling establishments here in the UK do.

If they make "Accredited" status here though I will consider looking at them as I like the idea of a wagering tool, and the ability to sacrifice bonus chips to withdraw on demand at any time. Most T & C lock you in till the bitter end once even a single bet is placed. Currently, I feel if it's too good to be true, there has to be a catch.
