Play history at Diamond Deal Casino?

I made a moderate win at Diamond Deal, but today am being told I violated their bonus terms, that I either played a banned game or did not wager enough. The comp points say I played way more than neccessary, and I'm pretty sure I played nothing but three card poker and i think a few spins of slots.

Is there any way I can make double-sure that I didn't play any of the banned games (like the playcheck feature at Grand Hotel).

I get the feeling that I'm about to regret changing casinos to change my luck. *sigh*

E-mail them and ask for a complete break-down of ALL your wagering.

There is absolutely no reason for them to not tell you - though they might be a little bit slow...
Please don't do anything rash! (Like carry on gambling before you have the facts!)

Playtech's history screens are totally crap - they only show you your last 30-ish hands.
But what you could do is go to each game you think you MIGHT have played & check the History (button bottom right). That will at least tell you if you played a banned game at all, or not.
    KK.
    Smile, it may never happen...

Only problem with that is their History button shows the same blackjack hands no matter what form you played.

For example, a player plays regular single-player blackjack. In Playtech, those exact same hands will show up under History when you're logged into the blackjack switch game or blackjack surrender.

Another player had this happen to them at another Playtech casino, but it somehow got worked out in the player's favor (don't know how, the player only said it worked out).

Well it looks like it's straightened out. They said it was "some sort of mixup" in the financial department. I'm not sure what it could've been though, given I played nothing but 3-card poker and Tres Amigos.

On the plus side, they've already charged back my original deposit to neteller, and the balance is a pending withdrawal. I'm not a huge fan of withdrawals that will take "at least five working days", but I do like casinos where I hit 4 straight flushes in about 30 minutes. :-)
