As far as I know, when I used to play at Mapau Casino (PlayTech software), they used to have BJ with minimum bets as low as .10 cents. They're a part of SunnyGroup Ltd, which also includes other casinos such as Miami Beach, GoldGate Casino, as well as Casino Fortune. I got a lot of hours out of $10-20 playing .10 cent hands. I seem to recall seeing one of the (if not more) MG casino's also offering VERY low bets on BJ. Music Hall springs to mind, and Cinema Casino, but again, I'm not sure about which one it was.
Hope the SunnyGroup examples help.![]()
I'm a REALLY low roller - but even I can not see any point in playing Blackjack for less than $1/hand!![]()
You might just as well play in fun mode!
What REALLY winds me up is the HUGE minimums most casino's have on Roulette.![]()
I'll bet there's no-one who regularly plays roulette who bets less than 10 chips/spin... and yet nearly all online casino's have $1 minimum chip size. (Why, for god's sake, someone please tell me WHY???)
$10+ a spin? Forget it!![]()
So it's a HUGE thumbs up to Global Player![]()
who have 5c chip roulette (and probably low BJ as well..?)
And a large thumbs up to WagerWorkswho have 10 or 20p chip roulette (and 20p BJ).
Smile, it may never happen...

I don't use progressions much nor chase wagers but sort of have a 'feel' of the flow of wins and losses. The 2 or 5 cent minimum bet helps with the long losing streaks the online casinos often have. Nothing like having only lost $0.20 or little more on their stupid non-random (imo) streaks. Once the streak is over, I bet higher unless I hit another streak then its back down to 2 cents. You can probably guess that I make up for losses using at least one or two two-wins in my session.Originally Posted by KasinoKing

See,
I can't ever use a progressive betting system that goes above maybe 3 losses, after that I just cut out and leave. Usually every hour I hit at least a 7 loss streak and if I played constantly for 3 hours straight I usually hit a 10-12 losing streak, EEk! I don't think any progressions while losing is the way to go ever. Winning I could see some exceptions.
With all due respect...why even bother? Betting 2 cents, you could play for hours and a big win might be a couple of bucks. Yes, no doubt you limit your losses, but can you really get excited about winning $2 for a couple of hours, or even an hour? My time is worth more than that!Originally Posted by Westland Bowl

Although it's not the .01 cent minimum, it can sometimes be fun hanging-on after a losing session of "standard bets" (that being $1-5 hands). When I used to play at Mapau, I'd get hammered EACH time I increased my bets. So, I'd be back down to some relatively low amount, play .10 cent hands (multihand) for a few hours, get back to the $30 range, figure it's safe enough to play $1 min. again, get hammered again, drop down to my last $5 AND drop down to .10 cent bets, work my way back up to $30, and do this again, and again, and again. Then... I thought to myself:
a) As boring as it is to play .10 cent hands, I do relatively well...
b) Again, it's VERY BORING...
c) Why can't I have the same luck when I increase my bets?![]()
d) I need to get out of the house!!!
It's like hanging-on playing .05 cent VP over at any RTG. Kills the eyes, kills the mind (it's like throwing your brain into a microwave for a few hours), and IF you were to get up, you have to think about those darn fax-back forms. If your mind can overcome all those obstacles, you're very lucky (and dilligent indeed).
I regularly win at least $3 but up to $10 for 30-40 minutes of play, roughly about 50 or so hands. I only use the $0.02 minimum bet after the dealer wins, I increase to $1 or double the accumulated losses after I win. This helps minimize losses generated from the losing streaks. I depend on gettting at least a two-win streak to catch up on the accumulated losses and then some. I get some games where I only get one-wins and therefore never get a chance to catch-up. In that case, I quit the session if I lose 15-20% of my bankroll. I drop down to $1 on my 3rd and subsequent wins until I lose then I drop to minimum bet in case the dealer goes on a winning streak.Originally Posted by mgibson99
So if I had bet $1 and I lose, my next bet would be $0.02, the minimum. As long as the dealer wins, my bet is $0.02. Dealer goes on a 10-win streak then I win one. Ok, accumulated losses is $1.18 so I double (sometimes I triple) that and my next bet is $2.36. I win and I caught up with the losses and then some. My next bets would be $1 as long as I'm winning.
What if I lost the $2.36 bet? My next bet is $0.02 until I win again then I add the losses up which includes the $2.36 loss. $1.18 plus the $2.36 equals $3.54. Double that would be $7.08 so I would round it to $7 and that would be my next bet. You get the idea?
I learned to limit my losses to 15-20% of my bankroll after one horrenous session in which I had 10 one-wins out of 52 hands!! I only won like 18% of the hands. That was a sh*t farce game. Fortunately, those don't happen often.
Glad it works for you, but for me personally, I wouldn't even bother playing if I thought that my win potential for 30-40 minutes of play was going to be $3 (with the occassional "big hit" of $10 thrown in). Also, it seems like you have an elaborate reverse/modified martingale type betting strategy, and I'm not really sure I see the point of the effort just to make $3.Originally Posted by Westland Bowl

I use the low minimum bets in order to get used to the betting strategy that I use. Once it works at doubling my bankroll I double my bets in proportion and see if it still works. It works for me so far at the $0.02 or $0.05 minimum bets but I occasionally need to bet, for instance, $8 to catch up with accumulated losses. Proportionally, that would be a $400 bet at the $1 minimum blackjack games. Psychologically and financially, I'm not ready to bet $400 a hand so I'm working my way up to it by starting with the lowest minimum bet blackjack games I can find. If I can consistently win $3 to $10 at $0.02 cent blackjack, which I do, then using the same strategy (and confidence) with the $1 minimum bet game then that would be consistent $150 to $500 wins. Of course, all of this is on paper but at the least I gotta try it. This is assuming of course that the online blackjack game is totally non-reactive to your bet size though Cipher thinks that it is not.Originally Posted by mgibson99
