    Spin Palace payments

    Hi.
On last saturday 01.10 i cashed out for 1200GBP in Spin palace casino.I have sent them two scans of my photo ID`s and three scans of my utility bills. They don`t paid me winnigs to my neteller acc. This is my second withdrawal from Spin Palace.I have lost about 1800 GBP in Spin Palace and they told that i`m VIP.
Should i worry? Why reputable casino is paying so slowly? Why they don`t ask me for my docs when they processed my first withdrawal(only 127GBP)?

Assuming everything is legit your end then there is no need to worry. Spin Palace and their sister Ruby Fortune are good casinos so if anything, its probably down to your location more than anything. Plus they are eCOGRA certified too. Unfortunately some countries come with their fair share of fraudulent players so some casinos take a bit longer to verify play.

Also, a lot of casinos let first payments go through if they are relatively small, but maybe as its only your second withdrawal and its a fairly big one, they are double checking. I've had that on occassions beforebut after thats done it all goes well generally.

I wouldn't worry - if its your own PC, you only have one account and you're not an obvious bonus abuser then you'll be fine IMHO.

    Cheers

A few months ago i have won about 2500GBP in Ruby Fortune .They paid me in 48H. without any problems. And now Spin Palce very disappointment me.Especially i lost in july 1500GBP in one day playing in Spin Palace.
I know they will pay me,but i think i will not play more in Spin Palace ,because i hate if i have wait too long for my winnings.

I think that a lot of these casinos (not all) that delay payment for 4-10 days (I have waited that long for them and quit playing at thier sites for that reason) don't understand the concept of a true gambler when it comes to paying them.

The faster we get our money, the faster they get it back and then some. What is so hard to understand about this? Doesn't anybody understand this in the gambling industry??

How do they think Las Vegas, Atlantic City, etc, all get built? Not by holding out on the winners, paying them as they stand there QUICKLY, and wining and dining them to KEEP them there to spend it all back QUICKLY....HELLO out there, you guys listening???? We can't play if we don't get paid..

I for one have waited till I got paid before playing at the same casino because of the reverse feature requires you to withdraw it all and then resubmit another withdrawal even if you only want a few dollars..then the waiting restarts...dumb move on thier part..

I just go to another casino and deposit my limit there until I get paid from the other one..don't they get it?

I have quit playing at these sites that take forever...too many good ones out there taking thier place...I LOVE Inetbet...got paid in 20 minutes after withdrawal....what a place!

    Hi leszeksch,

There is a sticky thread in this complaint forum that is required reading by everyone. That's why it's entitled MUST READ:
    http://www.casinomeister.com/forums/...ead.php?t=6735

Question: have you spoken with anyone in customer service about the delay?
+44-800-587-1474 If calling the UK is expensive for you, ask them to call you back at your number.

Since this is an eCOGRA casino - I would recommend contacting Tex Rees but only if you are unsatisfied with support or managerial decisions. eCOGRA needs to be aware what is going one if there are problems.

Since this casino is listed here, please fill out a PAB. I can't do much without your name and account number. http://www.casinomeister.com/problems.html

I'll point them to this thread in the meantime.

    Spin Palace

I have spoken via phone with Spin Palace support without any results. They told me my scans are clear and i have to wait. But how long? They don`t tell me.Delaying payment without any reason is very unfair.

    Hi leszeksch

I've just spoken to the support department who have informed me that you will be paid today. Your documents took a little longer to process than normal and they had to have them translated which is why your cash-in has been slightly delayed.

You should hear from the support department shortly.
