I fail to understand why a translation is necessary. If it is an EU standard licence, then all the fields should be in the same place as on, say, a British licence, and even if it is not, it should not be too hard to figure out which fields are the name, address and date of birth of the holder.Originally Posted by Tim Whyles

I have been VIP there, and have worked out that they do not process payments through the weekend. As you withdrew on Saturday, the process would take place on Monday, even if the pending cleared earlier. Clearly the document translation issue delayed this till the end of the week.
The Casinomeister Do's and Don'ts suggests getting documentation pre-approved before a withdrawal is even on your mind. I expect that if this had been done you would have received the withdrawal by Tuesday, if not Monday.
Most casinos do not encourage this though, players have to volunteer their documents. I expect there must be a good number who play once for the bonus, and for whatever reason, do not become regular players. It would be a cost to the casino to verify documents, and hire a translator, for a player who may not return.
If you are VIP as you say, I would have hoped they would have been confident enough of you being a return player to get document verification sorted in advance.
Spin Palace do seem to have CS issues though, the "Monthly Newsletter" has not appeared since July, and the one that has JUST appeared has competitions that all ended last week.
I have been playing on the Weekly E-mail promotions since the last newsletter, and they are pretty good for VIPs, and there is good variation around 2 themes, deposit bonuses, and cashbacks on gross loss on all or selected games. % cashbacks are pretty high too - 40% to 50% at times, never less than 25%. Other groups tend to have these at 15% or less.
I agree with this. I've cashed out of Spin Palace on 5 separate occasions and Ruby Fortune on 7. The longest delay I had was 11 days; typical time is 2-4 days.Originally Posted by Simmo!
I also agree that these are usually very speedy at paying.
I had a good win there a week ago and cashed out over £5500. Cheque arrived within 3 days which is as fast as anyone I've ever played at in regards to sending a cheque.
I am very pleased with Ruby Fortune and Spin Palace myself, as they are an outrageous group. Excellent customer service, payments, VIP treatment and reliable software has brought them to the very top of my list of great Casinos.
Well done!
