    Confused

Okay, you know who is doing it. As mentioned before, can't you just tell this jerk his affiliate check is not coming because of this? He's not going to do it for free? How tough can that be? I don't think getting individual email address information here is going to solve anything. He's probably sending it to a LOT of people (and pissing them off as well). Or is it working, are you gaining revenue from this? I really don't think FL is that way, I think they want to do the right thing, but I don't understand the hold up. It is a minor annoyance to me, its the point here.

I got another one today for Platinum Play.

I can contribute a really odd experience with the FL spam emails...

When I signed up at Fortune Lounge some years ago, they only accepted *.com email adresses at that time.
    Or in other words:
I tried to signup with my regular *.de email adress - but was rejected. Some weeks (and several tries) later I was told by support, that they don't accept *.de email adresses.
Solution was easy...I created an Hotmail account (PURELY for casinos....and with the exception of Intercasino Germany ONLY used for Fortune Lounge casinos) - and everything was fine.

Over the months and years my hotmail account got flooded with dozens and hundreds of FL spam mails - the usual crap....offering me signup bonuses, there I already had an account at, etc. etc.

Some months ago I found out, that they obviously 'solved' that *.de "problem" - so together with their support I switched my (casino account related) email adress to my usual *.de email adress.

    Now the MOST surprising thing:
Not only they stopped to send me the regular casino emails to my hotmail.com adress ...the FL-related spam emails sent to my hotmail account went to nearly zero as well!!

Smells a little bit fishy, if you ask me...

Either you didn't read my last post, or you have chosen to ignore ALL of my posts.

You are not receiving the emails because of YOUR OWN TECHS. WAKE UP AND SMELL THE ROSES.

Halix: There is nothing fishy here.

For some time players from Denmark were not allowed in our casinos. Therefore all registrations with a .de e-mail address were rejected.

A while ago we "unbanned" Denmark players and it is therefore not an issue any more.

The fact that the e-mails stopped going to your hotmail address is because of the address change and the fact that you are receiving less mails is probably because you do not qualify for these promotions that are mailed to certain segments of players.

I beleive .de = deutschland = Germany, not Denmark!

I too am being plagued by these very annoying FL spam-mails from the same idiot.

Halix is in Germany. .de is for German addresses - .dk is for the evil Danes.

    fortunelounge,
"nice" to see, that after several years you confirm my assumption...
(At that time no one could say me the reason for that *.de ban...)

    PLUS:
You obviously made a BIG FAT mistake at that time.

DE is the country code for Germany (DE = Deutschland).
Denmark has the country code DK - thus danish email adresses should end with *.dk.

So, you either blocked the wrong country (regarding email adresses) - or you blocked both danish and german email adresses.

    Funny.
