This affiliate must be making the casino some serious cash. It seems the casino is doing nothing about it and I'm still getting daily emails from these Aholes.

Same here. Sometimes they are regular emails and sometimes they are from "mailer daemon" saying that my email (I sent?) could not be delivered and has been in the queue too long and will be deleted.

I wish someone would figure out who is behind this spam and make them stop.

We know exactly who is behind this spam and Fortune Lounge certainly does, because there's an affiliate code in every single one of them and I've been posting it.

You'll notice that some of return addresses mention Vegas Frontier, which is not a Fortune Lounge casino, even though they are marketing Fortune Lounge casinos. Crystal Palace is a Doleplex casino. If Doleplex is not associated with this spammer, why are they continuing to let him use their casino names in the return addresses and why are their urls hosted on the same server as those of Doleplex?

This casino (www.vegasfrontier.com) is operated by Dolepex
Trading Ltd., 4th Floor, 5 Costis Palamas Street, Nicosia 1305, Cyprus.

Vegas Frontier's own "Affiliate" page has marketing testimonials from sites they own. These sites that *they identify as affiliates* are the sites sending out spam! Yet Fortune Lounge insists they they are not affiliates, hence not subject to Fortune Lounge's anti-spam policy.

I haven't receieved any spams for Bell Rock Group from this spammer in a few days, knock on wood. Maybe they dropped this affiliate. Maybe they just don't believe in sending spam every single day.

They violate the CAN SPAM act, which is Federal, because the opt-out function doesn't work.
