I look for opinions. Flagrant casino error!!

Imagine you have a deal that you have to wager a total of $288k in BJ.
Your max cashout for the deal is $40k.
I take my calculator and bet by bet adding until I arrived to 320k.
My balance in this moment was aprox $40.857, so more than my max cashout.
So I dont have to wager more, just waiting to be paid.
And I say... ok I'm going to confirm with customer support the wagerings.
    And they say $220k.
    I say What???.
    It's impossible, I wagered $320K, a difference of 100k.
They request the summary wagering report to the system again, and...again 220k.
So well very how strange!!, and I go to complete wagering.
But Bad luck!!! I lose all....
They gave me I free chip and I reverse this.... at the same time I received the log of hand of bj from support that I had requested days again.
I was going to count bet by bet to confirm the how could be possible I did such a big error count my bets. !!100k of difference!!
I counted and...... surprise, surprise.... the wagering was exactly 320K.
I counted near 8 times to make sure.
Indeed I did a sumatory in excel to confirm"$320.255".
I could't believe... !for a flagrant error of the casino I lost all the money!
I contacted support and they assumed that It could be a error of the system counting... but guesss!!!
They don't want to give me back the money because I reversed the free chip with a new deal which imbalidate the deal before.
I think this is one of the more flagrant errors not corrected of a casino.
OPINIONS FROM PLAYERS, OPERATORS AND WATCHDOGS
    Thanks.

You should not have gone on to wager - and lose - if you believed their count was in error. You should have stopped play and waited for a copy of the logs before proceeding further. By continuing to play, you accepted the risk yourself. And of course you should not have taken the free chip either.

Accept that you lost and move on - though I would not normally support a casino that apparently plays games with players like this, in this particular case it appears to me that you are more at fault for continuing to play in the first place.

Unfortunately I've got to agree with Spearmaster. If you believed you had wagered easily enough you should not have gone on to play.

At that point you should have stopped and waited for your logs before proceeding. You cannot expect a casino to return your losses because they'd mis-informed you of how much you'd wagered at a certain point. Similarly if you'd gone on to wager and actually won more (and there was no max cashout) you would not expect a casino to confiscate the extra winnings.

The only thing you can do is name and shame the casino that lied to you so blatantly IMO.

    Thanks.
My opinion: There was a huge error - but by YOU, not the casino.
You should have NEVER carried on playing before getting the logs.
